ERP中的质量信息系统框架模型研究

【摘要】 随着企业信息化的不断发展,企业资源计划(ERP)得到了越来越多的应用,质量作为企业在激烈的市场竞争中得以生存和发展的一个重要因素,对其信息的管理也应作为ERP的重要构成部分。研究ERP环境下质量信息管理(QIS)对企业信息化建设及赢得市场竞争就具有重要意义。 首先论文在分析ERP系统和QIS系统框架的基础上,研究了ERP系统中的QIS需求分析,提出了ERP系统中QIS的总体结构以及QIS和ERP系统结合的体系结构模型。并对模型的数据流程进行了详细的分析和设计。在此基础上指出ERP环境下,QIS与ERP集成的关键是工序质量控制与分析,以及质量检验和物料清单的结合,即质量物料清单(QBOM)。 其次,论文对ERP环境下的QIS框架模型中的关键技术—工序质量控制进行了研究。研究了工序质量控制系统的设计原理,工序质量控制系统的数据采集与处理,工序质量控制系统中监控原理的算法,提出适应ERP环境的SPC控制图中的λ修正系数的原理与方法,并设计与实现了一个工序质量控制与分析系统。 接着研究了ERP中QIS框架模型中的QBOM。从目前ERP系统使用的物料清单BOM的多种形式解决企业制造中的实际问题出发,提出在ERP系统的QIS中引入质量物料清单(QBOM)的思想,研究了QBOM的结构和QBOM中关键件的质量故障编码理论与方法,并对QBOM进行详细的设计。最后,结合一个摩托车制造生产设计了其关键件的QBOM。

【Abstract】 With the development of enterprises informationalization, ERP is being widely used by more and more enterprises. As quality is one of the critical factors for enterprises to exist and develop in the increasingly competitive market, quality information system is also a key part in ERP. The study on QIS under the environment of ERP plays an important role on information construction and competition for enterprises.Firstly, on the basis of analysis of the system architecture of ERP and QIS, this paper puts forward a framework and the architecture model of the QIS under the environment of ERP according to the requirement analysis of QIS. The data flow of the model is also analyzed and designed. Meanwhile the paper proposes that the key to intergrading QIS into ERP lies in process quality control system and quality bill of material (QBOM).Secondly, the paper conducts researches on one of the key technology-process quality control in QIS. The design principle and data flow of process quality control is discussed. The paper then puts forward an algorithm of control principle in process quality control system and the modification coefficient (A) in the control chart of SPC. A prototype for process quality control system is designed and implemented.Thirdly, quality bill of material (QBOM) in QIS is studied. Based on the fact that various forms of bill of material (BOM) are widely used to solve the existing problems in manufacturing process in the ERP system, it is proposed that it is necessary to introduce QBOM into ERP. The framework of QBOM and the principle of quality failure code is discussed. A model of QBOM and a quality failure code of the key component of product in the QIS model is then designed. The paper finally gives an example of a motorcycle manufacturing for demonstration of designing and constructing of quality bill of material (QBOM).
