机车电传动电路故障诊断系统的研究

【摘要】 本文对机车电传动电路故障诊断系统的实现进行了研究和设计。该故障诊断系统的作用旨在为工作现场发生故障的机车准确、迅速地确定机车电传动电路的状态正常与否,并为机车司机提供解决电路故障的对策。 本文研究、设计的机车电传动电路故障诊断系统是一个集信号采集、数据传输和故障识别为一体的应用系统。在此系统中,本文以东风11型机车为例,结合电子技术、计算机技术、人工智能技术对机车电传动电路在线运行过程中的故障识别进行了初步的探索和研究。整个诊断系统分为单片机采集、数据通讯系统和车载计算机故障诊断专家系统。单片机采集、数据通讯系统完成电路状态的采样和数据传输任务;车载计算机故障诊断专家系统采用应用广泛的基于知识的专家系统结构,通过规则进行推理来实现机车电传动电路的故障诊断任务。仿真结果表明诊断系统设计方案可行,可以实现机车电传动电路的在线故障诊断。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the fault diagnosis system of the locomotive electric transmission circuit is studied and designed. The fault diagnosis system is used to rapidly and exactly judge whether the electric transmission circuit is normal and to help the driver to find the solution to the fault, when the locomotive can’t run correctly.The fault diagnosis system of the locomotive electric transmission circuit described above is an application system, which include of signal sampling, data transmission and fault identification. In this paper, the electric technology, computer technology and artificial intelligence are adopted and the on-line fault identification of the DF11 locomotive electric transmission circuit is elementarily discussed and studied. All the expert system consists of the single-chip application system and the on-board computer fault diagnosis expert system. The single-chip system accomplishes the signal sampling and the data transmission. And the on-board computer expert system adopting the expert system structure widely based on the knowledge and the reasoning rules accomplishes the fault diagnosis. The simulation result proves that the designment of the diagnosis is viable and the on-line fault diagnosis of the locomotive electric transmission circuit can be accomplished.
