潍坊千榕家用纺织品有限公司流程再造的研究

【摘要】 流程再造作为一种管理理论和方法，正在被各国企业界不断探索和研究。一方面，因为它给一部分企业带来显著的经济效益，涌现出大批成功的范例而倍受企业的关注；另一方面，由于其实施的高失败率而使企业望而生畏。对流程再造的理论和实施也在不断的探索中，目前流程再造的研究不仅仅局限于企业内部，而是随着供应链理论的发展扩展为企业间流程的再造。流程再造的研究，对我国目前处于变革时期、探索时期的企业具有重要的指导意义。 本文以潍纺千榕家用纺织品有限公司为研究对象，以作者所参与的再造实践工作为背景，研究流程再造在中小企业的应用。论文首先对企业内外部环境进行详细分析、形成企业战略规划方案；根据战略规划发展的需要，确定关键流程——产品开发流程和生产管理流程；对关键流程进行分析诊断，确定其存在的问题；形成新的工作流程，辅之以机构重组、人力资源及激励机制设计，形成具体的、具有可执行性的方案，并在实践中得到一定的验证。 论文将流程再造理论与ISO9000质量管理体系、项目管理理论结合起来，提出一条战略——流程——体系化的再造思路，利用成熟的理论和方法指导再造。探索适合目前我国中小型企业进行流程再造的方法和思路，重点考虑降低再造风险、保证再造工作顺利进行的方法。 论文从企业的实际出发，定位于应用研究，强调对企业的现实效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Business process reengineeing (BPR) is now explored and researched by many countries’enterprises as a kind of mnagement theory and method. One side, it present some enterprises remarkable economic benefits,and rushing large quantities of sucessful model. On the othet hand, it made some enterprises fear for its high lost rate.But the explore about theoty and actualize of BPR is going on .This paper study practice of small and medium-sized enterprises’BPR,using weifang charming hometextile Co.,1td as research objiect,using author’participant practice of BPR as background,combine process manage management,project management,ISO9000 quality control system and other modern times manage theories.On the basis of analysis of environment, form stratagem programming scheme,this paper search key process analyse process,form new process. At the same time,with institution reform ,human resource mechanism desigm,come into being frondose,executable scheme .and validated in the practise.Band together with BPR theory, project management,ISO9000 quality control system,this paper proposes a view of process reengineering method with stratagem-process-systematism.explore BPR’method and thought suit to small and medium-sized enterprises in our country,emphasis on reducing risk and ensure the project’prosecution.This paper focus on application for enterprise.更多还原
