新型蓄水保墒机具CAD及动态模拟

【摘要】 随着市场竞争日益剧烈,如何以最短的时间、最高的质量、最低的成本将产品投放市场成了竞争的焦点,任何科技成果要转化为有竞争力的商品,设计起着极其关键的作用,世界各国都十分重视设计工作,由于控制技术,计算机技术和应用数学的发展和应用,设计手段发生了根本性变化,设计新理论、新技术不断涌现,逐步地形成和创建了一系列包括脑力劳动自动化和各种人工智能为特征的现代设计方法和技术。作为现代产品设计方法及手段的综合体,计算机辅助设计技术、建模和仿真技术、优化设计在产品设计中发挥了重要的作用。在科学技术发展要求机械产品更新周期日益缩短的今天,把优化设计方法与计算机辅助设计结合起来,使设计过程完全自动化,已成为设计方法的一个重要发展趋势。 新型蓄水保墒机具是一种旋转式间断开沟机,主要用在干旱半干旱地区,通过在坡地(<15°)、草地、休闲地及不能及时耕种的撂荒地上开挖一些小坑来蓄积雨水,使雨水渗到地下,被作物自由吸收利用或补充地下水。该机具的开发研制将成为干旱半干旱地区特别是我国西北地区解决农业干旱问题的新途径。我国农业机械产品的设计方法相对工业产品来说比较落后,为了使我国农机设计制造技术达到发达国家水平,与其它机械制造业平行发展,本文将计算机辅助设计、优化设计、计算机模拟技术引用到该机具的设计中,使该机具的设计更合理、更高质,使它尽快地产生社会效益、经济效益、生态效益。 现代产品应采用现代设计方法进行设计。本研究设计主要内容为利用visual Basic语言编制了一套新型蓄水保墒机具设计软件。该软件的主要功能为:确定新型蓄水保墒机具机构基本尺寸;对减速箱的体积进行优化;对工作部件的运动进行实时的、动态的模拟。该软件使得这种新型蓄水保墒机具的设计变得简便、高效。用户进行设计时,可实时地对设计结果及时进行评估、调整。该软件界面友好,使用简单,运行结果良好,该软件的使用从根本上做到了保证机具性能、提高设计速度、提高设计质量。

【Abstract】 How to launch new products in the shortest time, in the best quality, at the lowest cost become the focus of competition, along with increasingly acute market competition. Whatever fruits of science and technology were transformed into competitive commodities, design work pivotally extraordinarily. Every country in the world pays attention to design work. As a result of the development and application of control technique, computer technology, applied mathematics, design means has changed rudimentary. New theory and technology of design come forth ceaselessly. A series of modern design means and technology characterized by included brainwork automatization and all kinds of artificial intelligence are either formed or founded step by step. As a synthesis of design method and means of modern products, CAD (computer aided design) technology have an important effect on the design of products. Today, the development of science and technology request the updating cycle of machine products increasingly short. Combining optimization design with CAD and automatizing completely the process of design have become a important development trend in design method field.A new-style ditcher for sluice and keeping soil humidity is a rotary, discontinuous ditcher. It mainly used in arid and semiarid area, dig pits to sluice in sloping field, meadow, fallow and wasteland. Make rain seeps through loess to be utilized by agronomic crop. The develop of the ditcher has become a new approach to solve agricultural drought in northwest area. Design method of farm machine products drop behind the one of manufactured products. To make our country’s design and manufacturing technology of dead stock to achieve the standard of developed country, to develop parallel with other machine manufacture, this article introduce CAD, optimization design, computer simulation technique into the design of the ditcher, to make its design more reasonable, much higher quality to bring social benefit, economic benefit, ecological significance.Modern products should adopt modern design method to design. The paper tutored by professor Yang mainly develop the software of the design of a new-style sluice and keeping soil moisture ditcher in Visual Basic. The primary function of the software are confirming the fundamental dimensions of the ditcher, optimizing the volume of reducer, carrying through dynamic, real-time simulation to working part. The software make the design of the ditcher more convenient, more efficient, higher quality. When the consumer design the ditcher, he can either evaluate or adjust the result of design in time. The software interface quite friend. It’s use simple. It run all right right. The use of the software radically assure capability of the ditcher, elevate velocity and quality of the ditcher’s design.
