黄瓜无土栽培结果期营养液配方的研究

【摘要】 本试验利用三因素五水平二次通用旋转组合设计,优选出适合黄瓜无土栽培结果期的营养液配方,对营养液中氮、钾、镁三种元素进行数学分析,得到回归模型为: 分析结果表明: (1) 三因素对产量的影响各不相同,线性项是x1>x2>x3,即各元素对黄瓜产量的影响大小顺序是:氮>钾>镁。 (2)经过对模型的解析,分别得到氮与钾、氮与镁、钾与镁的交互效应方程,氮与钾、氮与镁、钾与镁均在较低水平时交互作用呈正效应,在较高水平时呈负效应。 (3)试验优选出N、K、Mg的最佳配方为:N 20.35mmol/L,K 10.38mmol/L,Mg2.5mmol/L,单株产量可以达到425.7克/株。 故试验优选的最终配方为:N 20.35mmol/L,P 1.75mmol/L,K 10.38mmol/L,Ca5.0mmol/L,Mg2.5mmol/L,单株产量可以达到425.7克/株。 在模型验证试验中,经过试验分析,优选出的最佳配方的产量、品质、根系活力、叶绿素含量、光合速率、蒸腾速率高于对照,并且明显高于最差配方,证明构建的模型准确、可靠,可以用于分析、预测。 在冬季低温弱光条件下,进行根际加温(20℃),对促进黄瓜生长发育有明显的效果;而单纯调整氮素形态(加入25%NH4+-N)对黄瓜生长发育不明显;但同时对根际加温与氮素形态调整,则效果更明显。

【Abstract】 The experiment, in which the optimized regression design was adopted, involving 3 factors, each with 5 leves, were conducted to study the nutrient solution formula for cucumber at Fruit-bearing in Soiless culture. With the aid of computer,the model demonstrating the relationship between yield factor(y) and three element factors the concertration of NKMg were established.The model is as follows:Y=420.17792+6.68322x1+3.54910x2-6.61654x12-4.58407x22-3.6297x32+6.47500x1X2 Analysis result showed that: firstly,the effects of three factors on the yield of cucumber increased by degrees in series of magnesium(Mg),Potassium(K) and nitrogen (N). Secondly, the interaction among three facters existed.The interaction between N and K,N and Mg were significant .There is significant positive interaction between them in low level and significant negative interaction between them in high level. Thirdly, by simulating with computer, to achieve the individual plant yield of 425.7g/plant. The final optimal combination of N, P, K, Ca, Mg could be N 20.35mmol/L, P 1.75mmol/L, K 10.38mmol/L, Ca5.0mmol/L, Mg2.5mmol/L.In the verification experimention with treat A, B, C, D and CK, the chlorophyll content,root vigor,photosynthesis rate,transpiration rate,quality and yield of cucumber that planted with the optimal nutrient formula from the model were superior to CK,and it with the baddish nutrient formula from the model was inferior to CK,that prove the model is accuracy and reliability.In the condition of low temperature and few light in winter,heating the root zone can remarkably accelerate the growth and development of cucumber,only adjusting the nitrogen form have no evident influence. With the treatment of heating the root zone and adjusting the nitrogen form, the effect is more remarkable.
