基于视频图像的动态实时测量技术的实现

【摘要】 基于视频图像的动态实时测量系统是利用多媒体技术和数字图像处理技术,完成对自准直经纬仪的图像数据进行的测量任务;并实时采集两台自准直平行光管内的CCD的视频信号,进行图像处理,判读出两维变形量,实现实时动态变形测量。 本文研究的主要内容是基于视频图像的动态实时测量技术的实现、测量系统的开发及构成。所研究的视频图像测量系统与以往的视频测量不同的是该系统的动态实时性要求很高。以前的视频测量多为事后判读,没有实时性的要求,每秒仅处理3—6帧。而在此系统中,能够实现以20ms处理两幅图像。本文根据任务的特点及要求采用以下技术措施:1.应用北京嘉恒中自公司的MC30多路采集卡,实现2路同时采集,可达100帧/秒;2.根据图像的特点省去一些图像预处理方法,直接对图像进行二值化,可以节省很多时间。3.由于图像目标小,当系统工作在较高频率时,采用局部区域测量法来实现脱靶量的测量,以节省判读时间。 本文亦讨论了数字图像处理中的各种阈值分割算法,并对实际处理结果进行比较,从而选择适合系统的二值化算法。 本文的驱动程序是在Windows NT操作平台下开发的;应用程序是基于Windows 2000操作平台、在Visual C++6.0环境下研制开发的。在研制过程中,充分利用Windows 2000操作系统强大的线程管理能力、丰富的消息处理函数、友好的界面等资源,编制的应用程序较好地完成了视频测量系统的图像采集及图像处理、测量数据的处理、存储、打印以及与自准直经纬仪的通讯等功能。 文中研制的视频测量系统实现了高速视频采集,且可同时采集两路视频信号,进行视频信息实时监视、实时信息显示、数据实时处理以及数据记录。实现了基于视频图像的动态实时测量技术。

【Abstract】 The dynamic real-time measure system based on video image utilizes multimedia technique and digital video processing to fulfill measure of self-straight theodolite video data; meanwhile it can real-time collect video signal of CCD fixed in two self-straight parallel light-tube and process video, estimates distortion of two-dimension to realize real-time dynamic distortion measure .This paper’ s main research content is the realization, exploitation and constitutes of dynamic real-time measure technique based on video image. The difference between this video image measure system and previous measure system is this system’ s dynamic real-time. The previous video measure system was afterwards measure which can process 3-6 frame per-second, Whereas in this system it can process two image in 20ms. This paper adopt several means based on task’ s trait and need , as follows:1, apply MC30 multi-collection-clip of Beijing JionHope Image Technology Ltd. which can realize collect two image simultaneity and reach 100 frame/s. 2. leave out some video image pretreatment, and only segmentation of image which can save much time 3. adopt part-area measure to receive undershoot value in order to save time because of the smallness of image target when system works at highest frequency.This paper also discuss several segmentation algorithms of digital video processing, compare their processing result and select propriety algorithm which adapts system .In this paper , the device diver program is developed on Window NT , the application program is developed on Windows’ 2000 operation flat using Visual C++ 6.0 program circumstance .In the developing course ,we use fully it’s strong thread manage capability and rich news manage function , as well as friendly interface resource so that the application programs complete the following tasks: video images collection and processing ,measure data processing >storage>printing and communication with self-straight theodolite , ect.The video measure system developed in this paper can realize high-speed video collection, collect two video signal , real-time watchvideo image, real-time show information , real-time process and memorize data . In a word, this system realize dynamic real-time measure technique based on video image.
