当代女大学生的价值取向与可持续发展

【摘要】 文章从当代女大学生发展中的现实问题出发,根据马克思主义关于“人的本质”的理论,运用,心理测验、个案研究、调查访谈以及哲学思辨等社会学、心理学的研究方法,通过对当代女大学生群体特点的分析,指出了当代女大学生有别于男生、有别于一般女青年的特殊价值取向,即“对家庭和事业双重责任的认同、对社会使命感和家庭责任感的同时确立”,剖析了影响当代女大学生特殊价值取向变化、形成的主要因素,着重分析了当代中国的现实变革以及依然存在的性别角色的刻板印象对女大学生价值取向形成的影响,说明了当代女大学生价值取向在其学习、择偶、择业、成才等方面的表现,阐述了女大学生价值取向的内在矛盾性及其对女大学生可持续发展的影响,提出了通过教育、引导女大学生正确的价值取向以克服其价值取向中负面因素的影响从而使女大学生能始终保持发展动力、走上可持续发展道路的观点,强调指出在日益重视女大学生心理教育的同时不能忽视对其进行思想政治教育和可持续发展教育的重要性,旨在唤醒女大学生的发展意识,为促其成才提供科学的依据和可行的途径。

【Abstract】 Based on Marxist Theories about human nature , this article begins with the practical problem concerning the development of modern female university students. Applying sociological and psychological methods such as mental test, case method, survey and interview and philosophical dialectic, the author analyzes their mass character and identifies their value orientation which is characterized by their taking both family and work into consideration and their focusing on both sense of social mission and sense of family responsibility at the same time. The author also analyzes factors that influences their special value orientation, which is different from that of modern male students and ordinary female youth. The role played by China’s social reformation and sex梤ole stereotype is discussed especially. The author displayed the effects caused by this special orientation on their study activity, spouse choice, job hunting and sex orientation. The inner contradiction existing in their special value orientation and its effects on their sustainable development are discussed in detail. The author comes up with the viewpoint that we should educate modern female university students with positive influences and eliminate negative effects of their special value orientation, so that they could maintain development motivation and fulfill sustainable development. The author points out emphatically that ideological and political education for modern female university students shouldn’t be neglected while more and more attention was paid to their mental health education. The article aims at providing scientific basis and feasible way for their successful participation in various social activities.
