公路路面结构使用性能评价与预测研究

【摘要】 公路交通是国家国民经济、社会发展和人民生活服务的公共基础设施,是衡量一个国家国民经济实力和现代化水平的重要标志。公路路面结构使用性能是路面保障运输车辆正常行驶所应具备的能力和属性,它的好坏不仅影响行车的安全和舒适,而且还直接影响到道路工程的运营效益,因此,一直是国内外学术界与工程界关注的热点。本文在综合分析国内外最新研究成果的基础上,对此问题进行了较为系统、深入的研究,主要内容包括: (1)系统总结了国内外该领域的研究现状,并指出了存在的主要问题以及解决的途径。 (2)对路面结构可能出现的各类复杂破损现象进行了总结和分类,分析了造成各种破损的原因,为路面结构使用性能评价指标的选取、测定及评价标准制定做好了准备。 (3)依据系统科学理论和功能原理,对路面结构使用性能进行了定义:确定了表征路面结构使用性能的五项指标,即路面承载能力系数RSSI、路面行驶质量指数尺RQI、路面行驶安全性能指数PFC或SFC、路面破损状况指数PCI和路面环境性能指数PEI,并讨论了各项指标的测定和分级标准,为路面结构使用性能的系统研究奠定了理论基础。 (4)详细分析了建立路面结构使用性能数据库系统的框架和模型,简要讨论了GIS系统在路面结构使用性能评价与预测中的应用,为今后进一步实际应用信息数字化公路系统做了积极的准备。 (5)从路面的功能需求和评价系统的整体出发,对路面结构综合使用性能指数PQI进行了定义,并建立了相应的评价计算体系和分级标准,探讨了模糊数学理论、集对论和灰色系统理论等在路面结构使用性能评价中的应用,建立了多个评价分析模型。 (6)回顾总结了国内外主要的路面性能预测模型,对影响路面性能预测的各种因素进行了概括,并根据我国公路工程实际,提出和建立了路面结构使用性能预测的新方法—灰色马尔柯夫模型与神经网络模型,为公路管理决策的科学化奠定了基础。 (7)路面在反复交通荷载和环境因素共同作用下的疲劳失效是路面结构发生破坏的基本形式之一。本文较全面地分析了沥青路面的疲劳损伤性能,建立了沥青路面累积疲劳损伤和疲劳寿命预测的分析计算模型。 (8)利用所建立的路面结构使用性能评价与预测模型,对河南省安阳—新乡、许昌—漯河、郑州—洛阳和郑州—开封等四条选定的高速公路进行了应用研究,初步探讨了各高速公路路面养护管理的对策,并提出了相应的养护技术建议。 综合上述,该项研究成果不仅具有重要的理论价值,而且对工程实践也具有十分重要的指导意义。

【Abstract】 The highway transportation is a nationally public foundation facility which provides some service for our society, and represents the modernization level of the whole social development and the really national economy strength. The Pavement Structure Performance (TPSP) is defined as an ability to guarantee all vehicles to transport normally and safely. The driving comfort and vehicles’ engine performance are affected directly by its capability, and the road transportation benefits are also determined by its quality. Therefore, TPSP is always a domestically and internationally academic focus to which academe and engineering experts pay attention. This thesis is completed on the basis of studying a lot of literatures at home and abroad in-depth, and includes the latest domestic and international research results. Some new models are analyzed and established in its content. Its main points and conclusions are explained as follows:(1) Summarize systematically the present research conclusions of TPSP in the domestic and international literatures, and point out the main problems of the realm and provide some solutions.(2) Classify and define all variously complicated damage phenomena in the pavement, and summarize the key reasons for these damage and breakages, which are prepared for choosing the evaluation indexes and establishing evaluation criteria.(3) According to system science theories and the function principles, the thesis defines the Pavement Structure Performance. And Choose the five token road indexes which stand for pavement usage functions, namely Road Structure Strength Index (RSSI), Road Quality Index (RQI), Pavement Function Condition PFC or SFC, Pavement Condition Index (PCI) and Pavement Environment Index (PEI), and discuss various indexes rating standard. In a word, the study and evaluation of Pavement Performance was established systematically, which provide a fundamental theory for the pavement management.(4) Analyze to establish a frame and model for the pavement performance database in detail, and discuss the GIS system model which is applied in the evaluation and forecast of pavement performance in brief. From now on, we can provide some positive preparations for a future digital information database of highway system.(5) From the point of the pavement function request and the whole evaluation system, define the Pavement Quality Index (PQI) which represents the holistic pavement structure performance, establish the evaluation model and rating standard, apply the fuzzy theory, the theory of set pair analysis and the gray system theory in the evaluation of pavement performance, and create some appraisal models.(6) The thesis has reviewed and summarized these domestic and international forecast models of pavement performance, and analyzed and abstracted the factors which affect the function of pavement. According to Chinese highway engineering reality, I have proposed and established the grey-markov model and the nerve-net model that are used to predict the pavement future performance. All these have laid afoundation for the scientific decision-making in the management of road.(7) Fatigue damage is one of the basic forms of the breakages in road surface structure under these continual traffic loads and the environmental effect. The thesis has analyzed systematically the fatigue damnification performance of the asphalt road, and created a calculation model that can be used to analyze those asphalt pavements’ accumulating fatigue and predict their fatigue life.(8) Apply those above evaluation and forecast models in some freeways in Henan province such as Anyang-Xinxiang, Xuchang-Luohe, Zhengzhou -Luoyang and Zhengzhou-Kaifeng.Discuss and study the evaluation conclusions elementarily, and propose some related technique suggestions for the maintenance of the four freeways.As is discussed above, the research conclusions and models in the thesis not only have the significant theory value, but also have some technically instructional guidance for the highway engine
