塑料门窗原材料管理和自定义窗型的强度校核

【摘要】 本文旨在对已初步商品化的塑料门窗计算机辅助设计系统WinCAD作进一步开发和完善,主要包括原材料管理和自定义窗型的强度校核两方面,同时也对自定义窗型的管理做了一些工作。 本文依据传统进销存管理系统实现了对原材料的管理,介绍了原材料的进货管理,原材料的入库和出库管理,并为塑料门窗组装企业建立了内容丰富的原材料信息库和生产厂家库。 另外,本文介绍了一种能够重复利用自定义窗型的方法。首先定义了自定义窗型的数据结构,建立了自定义窗型库;然后在以前系统绘图板功能的基础上实现了为自定义窗型添加相应部件、材料信息从而把它添加到窗型库的方法,从而实现了自定义窗型的统一管理。 本文主要对塑料门窗的强度校核问题进行了进一步研究。以前WinCAD软件只能对十二种特定的窗型进行强度校核,而不能解决对用户自定义窗型的强度校核问题。在本文中采用等值集中荷载代替均匀分布荷载的方法对自定义窗型进行强度校核。先把作用在受力杆件上的各个分布载荷当作集中荷载进行计算,然后用叠加原理实现。这样既保证了计算结果的准确性要求,又大大简化了运算过程。另外根据荷载、挠度和弹性模量三者之间的关系,还可以在受力杆件允许的挠度变形范围内,选择合适的型钢弹性模量。

【Abstract】 This thesis aims at further development of a commercial plastic door & window compiler aided design system WinCAD. The primary content includes material management and strength verity of self-defined window frame. At the same time, some work has been done on the management of self-defined window models during the design stage.Storage management is quite an important business in the process of enterprise management. But the previous computer aided design system WinCAD hasn’t the function of material management. In the thesis, it was clearly detailed how, on a basis of database technology, to realize the normalized management function for plastic door & window enterprise, mainly includes stock management, warehouse entry management and delivery management.In addition, a method of reusing the self-defined window model has been detailed in this thesis. First of all, the data structure of self-defined window model was defined and a database of self-defined window model was created; And then a self-defined window model was appended to the database by adding some components or materials accordingly on the basis of previous system drawing board function. So the centralization of management of the self-defined window model was implemented.A further study on the strength verity of plastic door & window frame was carried out in tfas thesis. With equivalence concentrated load substitute to, not only be able to proceed strength verity of special window model, but primarily of custom window model. But to the previous software WinCAD, it is out of the question, because it just be able to proceed strength verity of 12 special window model. Firstly the distortion of the wimdfow frame under the action of each distributed load was calculated, and then combination the principle of superposition, the total distortion was calculated. Inaddition as the relationship of load, deflection and elastic modulus, in strength barallowable deflection range ,what the elastic modulus should be was made sure in the process of reinforcing steel selection.
