设备状态远程数据管理与分析诊断

【摘要】 远程信号分析与故障诊断技术是网络技术、计算机技术、信号分析以及故障诊断技术的结合,是生产发展的需要和科技发展的必然结果。充分利用该技术,可以有效地利用异地的物质和智力资源,例如进行网上专家会诊、异地设备信息数据的获取和处理以及故障的诊断与排除等。因此该技术对机械工业的发展乃至整个国民经济有着十分深远的意义。 随着网络技术的迅速发展,远程应用系统的实现成为可能。尤其是Web技术及其相关技术的发展,更给远程信号分析与故障诊断系统的实现提供了深厚的技术基础。 本文分析了远程信号分析与故障诊断系统的功能需求,着重研究了系统的结构模式和总体方案,其中就Client/Server和Browser/Server两种结构模式进行了详细的比较,最终选择了Browser/Server模式作为系统的总体结构模式。另外经过分析比较,选择了Windows 2000 Server+ⅡS5.0+SQL Server 2000作为系统的服务器软件平台,并将C++Builder和Dreamweaver MX作为主要开发工具。 本文详细介绍了系统所采用的关键技术如DHTML、ASP、Web数据库、MIDAS和ActiveX技术以及它们在系统中的应用,还重点研究了如何利用数据库技术来管理数据,并以数据库设计理论为指导,为系统制定了一套更为科学、合理的数据管理方案,在此基础上还实现了安全、方便、迅速的远程访问和管理功能。 本文将系统中所实现的常规分析方法从时域分析、频域分析和时频域分析三个角度分类进行了说明,重点介绍了相关积分分析方法,探讨了基于相关积分定义信号非平稳性的度量参数,并结合实例探讨了该参数作为特征参数诊断动态过程非平稳类故障的可行性。对于系统所采用的基于实例推理的诊断模式文中也做了详细的论述。 最后在以上内容的基础上,开发了设备远程信号分析与故障诊断系统,实现了信号分析与故障诊断的Web化,为远程用户提供了一个统一的平台。本系统已运用到生产实际中去,取得了良好的效果,具有很强的实用性。

【Abstract】 Remote signal analysis and fault diagnosis technology is the integration of network technology, computer technology, signal analysis and fault diagnosis technology, which is the result of development of science and technology. Making full use of this technology can process online sampling data, diagnose in network, eliminate malfunction and realize experts’ consultation and so on. So it is very significant to the development of machinery and national economy.The rapid development of network technology makes possible the realization of remote application system. Especially with the flying development of Web and related technologies, remote signal analysis and fault diagnosis system has been supplied a more profound potential.The function demand of remote signal analysis and fault diagnosis system is analysed first, and the architecture and general planning are investigated late. In the above content, a detailed comparison is made between Browser/Server and Client/Server, and the Browser/Server structure is selected as the system architecture. Furthermore, by the analysis and comparison, the software platform of server is constructed based on Windows 2000 Server + IIS5.0 + SQL Server 2000. The main developing tools of the system are C++ Builder and Dreamweaver MX.The key technologies and their applications are introduced in detail such as DTHML, ASP, Web-Database, MIDAS and ActiveX. Emphasis is focused on how to manage the data. What’s more, on the basis of the theory of database design, the more scientific and appropriate database management plan is provided. The remote data access and management function based on the plan is also realized.The analysis methods that the system adopts are introduced from the view of time-domain, frequency-domain and time-frequency-domain. Emphasis is focused on the correlation integral analysis method. The measurement parameter of signal nonstationarity defined on the basis of correlation integral is discussed, and the feasibility that it is used to diagnose the faults of dynamic nonstationarity as the characteristic parameter is also investigated with a case. The diagnosis mode of case-based reasoning is also investigated in detail.Finally, a remote signal analysis and fault diagnosis system based on the above contents is realized in the form of Web, which provides a uniform interface for the remote clients. The system has been put into practical use and brought about great effect.
