HRB400级钢筋混凝土构件受力性能的试验研究

【摘要】 本文主要研究了HRB400级钢筋混凝土构件的受弯、受剪及连续梁塑性内力重分布性能。HRB400级钢筋(热轧带肋新Ⅲ级钢筋)已作为高效钢筋被列为重点推广应用的建筑业10项新技术之一,早在1998年建设部就明确提出:“新Ⅲ级钢筋是专门为建筑结构应用开发的新型钢筋,该钢种已列入新修订的国家规范标准,应大力推广使之成为我国钢筋混凝土结构的主导钢筋”(建设部建[1998]200号文)。而且新颁布的《混凝土结构设计规范》GB50010-2002中,也明确提出将HRB400级钢筋作为钢筋混凝土结构的主导钢筋。HRB400级钢筋具有强度价格比高、机械、焊接、抗震等性能优越的特点,必将广泛地应用在建筑工程中。但是,HRB400钢筋作为主要受力钢筋构件的承载力、裂缝、刚度以及塑性内力重分布等性能,还没有试验依据,因此本课题的研究可以为HRB400钢筋应用提供理论基础与试验依据,加速HRB400钢筋的推广应用。 通过HRB400钢筋作受力主筋的4根受弯梁的试验研究,着重分析了在不同配筋率下构件的受弯承载力及正常使用下裂缝与挠度问题。试验结果表明,采用HRB400级钢筋的混凝土构件具有较好的受力性能,均实现了延性破坏。其承载力具有较大的余量。可用《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB50010-2002)的公式估计其裂缝宽度,安全性高。对挠度公式进行修正,用修正后的公式重新计算挠度,计算值与试验结果符合良好。 通过HRB400级钢筋作箍筋的不同剪跨比的受剪梁的试验,分析了此类钢筋作箍筋的受力情况。试验结果表明,构件受力性能稳定,与普通箍筋一样可以起到抗剪作用。按照现行规范《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB50010-2002)验算,承载力均可满足要求。 通过4根以HRB400级钢筋作主要受力钢筋的两跨连续梁的试验,分析了此类钢筋作主要受力纵筋构件的塑性内力重分布性能。试验研究结果表明,HRB400级钢筋混凝土两跨连续梁能够达到完全的弯矩重分布,并且具有足够的调幅能力,能达到设计的调幅系数。

【Abstract】 In this article, the mechanical of the HRB400 Reinforced Concrete Members under flexure, shear and plastic internal force redistribution is studied. HRB400 steel bars, the 400 MPa hot rolled steel bar, which is called new grade III steel bar, has been taken as the one of 10 new technical spreading the application mainly, listed in revised newly code, so spread application as leading steel bar in reinforced concrete structure. In 1998,it’s pointed new grade III steel bar is a new type building steel used specially in building structure. In the new Code for design of concrete structures (GB50010-2002) ,it’s also pointed out definitely. HRB400 steel bars is characterized by high parity between strength and price,good ductility and welding quality. It must be used widely in building project. The study can provided theoretic and testing bases for the application of HRB400 steel bars, accelerate its spreading application.According to test of 4 beams reinforced with HRB400 steel bars, the question are analyzed on the flexural strength of members with different ratio, and on the crack and deflection under the state of serviceability. The testing results indicate that the HRB400 reinforced concrete members worked well and have obvious failure marks. The calculated strength of the member is conservative. The formula in Code for design of concrete structures (GB50010-2002) can used to estimate the width of crack. The deflection formula is calibrated and the calculation results using the calibrated formula show a good agreement with the testing results.According to the test of the shear beams reinforced with the stirrup of HRB400 steel bars, the mechanical property of stirrup in the members is studied. The testing results indicate that this kind of members can worked well and resist the shear as the members reinforced with the common stirrup. The calculation results using the formula in Code for design of concrete structures (GB50010-2002) can fulfill requires of design.The state of destruction and characteristics of deformation of the testing member are observed, the testing results are analyzed and the characteristics of the plastic internal forceredistribution are studied in this type of structure according to the test of the HRB400 continuous reinforced beam. The testing results indicate that the HRB400 continuous reinforced beam not only can achieve plastic internal force redistribution thoroughly and also has enough capability in the amplitude adjustment and can achieve the quotient designed.
