【摘要】 本文从目前煤矿工业电视监控系统的现状出发，提出了利用图像增强技术增强煤矿视频监控系统图像质量。分析了BMP图像文件的格式，构建了煤矿多媒体工业电视监视系统。不仅从理论上分析了典型图像增强技术的原理及算法，而且得出了各种算法的适应性及特点，并通过C语言编程应用实现了对井下静止视频图像的增强处理，从而使视频监控系统图像变得较为清晰。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the realities of industrial TV’s monitoring system in coal mine, This paper presents that we can make use of the technology of image enhancing to enhance the quality of industrial TV’s image quality in coal mine. The paper describes the type of BMP image file and establishes the multimedia industrial TV’s monitoring system in coal mine. The paper not only analyses the schemes of typical image enhancing’s technology in theory but also draws the conclusion on the adaptability and character of all kinds of schemes.
