【摘要】 随着我国政治体制、经济体制改革的不断深入，体育体制改革也在逐步全面地推广。我国高校在与国际接轨和自身的发展竞争中，逐渐成为我国竞技体育和群众体育的“结合部”。1987年原国家教委开始在部分高等院校试办高水平排球队。经过十几年的发展，高校的排球运动虽然取得了一些成绩，但在一些方面的缺憾，尤其是在竞赛制度方面的欠缺已经制约了高校排球运动的发展。一个项目的发展在很大程度上与竞赛制度的完善和发展有着密不可分的关系，因此，尽快提高我国大学排球运动水平，充分挖掘高等院校体育的潜力，赛制改革是重要的突破口。本文对全国大学生排球联赛的必要性和可行性进行深入系统地分析，并找出影响全国大学生排球联赛的主要因素，以期为有关管理部门规划大学生排球联赛的蓝图、试行和推广联赛提供参考和理论依据。本文运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、逻辑方法、数理统计等方法，深入系统地研究了全国大学生排球联赛举办的必要性和可行性。指出举办全国大学生排球联赛是对我国现行大学生排球竞赛制度改革和完善的需要；是我国高校排球运动发展的需要；是我国排球后备人才培养的需要。它的举办将有助于推动高校排球比赛产业化的发展和全民健身运动的开展；有助于加快排球运动训练体制的转轨，最终促进我国排球运动整体水平的提高。本文从政治、经济、社会等多方面入手系统分析了全国大学生排球联赛的可行性。现阶段我国大学生排球联赛具有充实的球队基础，拥有稳定的球迷观众群体，具有良好的市场前景，随着社会各界对高校竞技体育的投资力度的加大，在大体协的认同和积极筹备下，借鉴国内外的成功经验，全国大学生排球联赛的举办是可行的。经过专家调查，运用因素分析法，确定影响全国大学生排球联赛的主要因素依次为：教练员水平因素、经济水平因素、学校行为因素、自身发展因素、政府管理因素和体育市场因素。对各因素进行了较为深入的分析，结合我国实际情况，提出举办全国大学生排球联赛的对策。即在筹办全国大学生排球联赛的过程中，要把握各影响因素间的相互影响，注重多方面的协调发展；健全组织管理机构，加快法规制度的制订；加强高校排球运动自身水平的提高；通过充分利用媒介的<WP=5>宣传、寻求赞助的有效策动及吸收、改造“兴华杯”排球赛和区域大学生排球联赛等手段促进全国大学生排球联赛的举办。本文在全面分析全国大学生排球联赛可行性及影响因素的基础上，针对联赛的顺利举办和持续发展等方面提出了相应的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the in-depth reform of political system and economy system, the reform of our country’s physical culture system is expanded step-by-step. The University has become the "combining point" that combines sports and mass sport. Since 1987, high-level volleyball teams have been enrolled in some colleges and universities. Through acquiring some achievements, volleyball game in universities has been conditioned by the defects in some aspects, especially in match system. In some extent, the development of one item is linked tight with perfection and development of match system, so the reform of match system must be executed in order to improve the level of volleyball game in universities and dig full the physical culture potential of university. This paper analyzes systematically the essentiality and feasibility of China University Volleyball League Match (CUVA) and finds the main affecting factors. References and theoretical warranty are provided to administration for planning the blueprint, testing and permeating of CUVA.This paper applies the method of documents and materials, interviewing method, investigating method, logical method and mathematic statistic method to study systematically the essentiality and feasibility of CUVA. It shows that CUVA caters for these demands, such as the reform and perfection of match system, the development of volleyball game in universities and fostering reserve talent. It not only will be beneficial to propel the industrialize development of volleyball match in university but also national fitness; It will accelerate the transition of sport training system, and finally the integral level of China volleyball game will be promoted.This paper analyzes systematically the feasibility of CUVA from various aspects such as politics, economy, society and so on. Nowadays, CUVA has ample volleyball teams and possesses equable colony of volleyball fans. The prospect of market is benign. The investment that society invests the university’s athletics is aggrandizing. CUVA is feasible through active arrangement and absorbing successful experience.<WP=7>Through the investigation of experts and applying the method of factors analysis, the main factors of affecting the CUVA are in order of importance: the level of coach; the level of economy; the behaviors of school; development of oneself; management of government to CUVA; physical culture market. By analyzing in-depth the factors, combining with the realistic condition of our country, this paper suggests: seizing the interaction of factors and coordinating factors’ development; perfecting management machinery and accelerating the constitution of laws and rules; raising the level of volleyball game in universities; full utilizing the intermediary propaganda; available strategy of attracting sponsors; and absorbing and rebuilding "Xing Hua Cup" and region university volleyball league tournament. Basing on the comprehensive analysis of the feasibility and the affecting factors of CUVA, this paper purposefully provides corresponding suggestions to successful holding and lasting out development of CUVA.更多还原
