USB设备模拟训练系统方案设计

【摘要】 S频段统一测控系统(Unified S-Band TT&C System,简称USB),是为我国921工程配套研制的大型测控设备,集跟踪、测量、控制、通信于一体,是我国航天工程和卫星测控网的重要组成部分,承担着航天器发射、运行和返回全过程的测控通信任务,在我国的航天工程起着重要的作用。本文从专业技术训练实际工作出发,针对USB设备开展实装设备训练消耗大、组织难的问题,研究探索了建立测控模拟训练系统的一般方法。由于USB设备本身是一个复杂的系统,要建立其模拟仿真训练系统涉及到很多技术:如航天测控技术、网络技术、电子技术、虚拟现实技术、系统工程技术和数据采集技术等,有着一定的难度和较高的实用价值。 首先介绍了研究本课题所用的手段和方法,阐明了USB系统的基本工作原理和建立模拟训练系统的基本要求;在对实际系统进行分析的基础上,得到了用于描述系统进程的逻辑流程图,设计了USB模拟训练系统的基本组成。 其次论文从面向对象理论和网络数据传输理论入手,详细设计了模拟训练系统的面板布局、系统用到的重要的数据结构和数据类型,并对其关键技术进行了详尽的解释说明;详细设计了模拟训练系统的硬件组成及软件实现的数据流程; 最后介绍了模拟训练考核系统部分的软件功能以及针对USB模拟训练系统内容提出考核评估标准。 本论文研究的主要方法将会有力地指导测控设备模拟仿真系统,对其他类型的设备或系统也有一定的借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 The Unified S-Band TT&C System (abbr. USB) is a large-scale equipment manufactured for 921 project, integrating tracking, measuring, controlling, communication into a whole, and an important part of spacecraft project and satellite TT&C net in our country. It undertakes a mission of communicating during lunching, traveling and returning. It plays an important role in manned spacecraft project in our country. Based on the actual professional training work, this paper tries to research a way of demonstrating a TT&C imitated training system to replace the real USB training which is expended largely and organized complicatedly. USB equipment itself is a complex system, which involves many techniques such as TT&C, network, electronics, unreal reality , systems engineering and data collection and so on, so it has the certain difficulty in achieving and a higher and practical value.Firstly, the author introduced the methods and techniques which are used for studying the task, the basic theory of USB system and requests of establishing the imitating-training system. On the basis of analysis of the actual system, a logic follow chart describing the system procedure and basic form are presentedSecondly, on the basis of Object-oriented and data-transmission theory, the author designed a particular panel layout, data structure data type involved in the system and give a elaborate explanation to some key techniques. A detailed data follow of hard ware and soft ware of imitating-training system is also designed in this chapter.Finally, the author introduced the function of checking system and evaluation criterions of USB imitating-training system.In brief, The main research method that the paper involved will guide the TT&C equipments to imitate the real system and automation test, and it will also be helpful to other equipments or similar systems
