监狱教改辅助管理信息系统的分析与设计

【摘要】 本论文以湖南省监狱局辅助管理信息系统的研究和开发为背景，着重论述了监狱局教育改造(简称教改)辅助管理信息系统的分析与设计。在调查研究的基础之上，对湖南省监狱局及其下属基层监狱的组织结构、管理职能和业务流程进行了详尽的分析，明确了教改辅助管理信息系统的功能需求和信息需求。设计和实现了监狱教改辅助管理信息系统。 在比较和分析各种信息系统开发方法优劣的基础之上，结合软件工程的思想，论述了DADM(Demonstration And Discussion Method)法的比较优势。依据开发方法选择的基本原则和监狱教改管理工作的实际，采用了改进的DADM法指导整个系统的开发。在系统分析阶段，给出了监狱局教改现行系统的管理职能、业务流程和数据流程，并且结合其管理目标分析了现行系统存在的问题，作为教改辅助管理信息系统设计的依据。运用先进的信息系统建模方法IDEF0和IDEF1分别建立了新系统的功能模型和信息模型。在系统的设计阶段，运用结构化设计方法设计出了系统的总体结构，结合监狱局管理的特点采用了B／S与C／S相结合的混合式体系结构。完成了数据库结构的设计。结合系统的安全性需求分析，有针对性地设计了系统的安全方案，以实现系统的安全性需求。 本系统的开发工作已经完成，得到了用户的一致好评，并即将在全国监狱管理工作当中推广使用，这将大为改善监狱教改管理工作的效率和效益，对于监狱管理信息化、现代化以及科学化具有很强的推动力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The background of this dissertation is Prison Administration Bureau Aided Management Information System of Hunan Province, the dissertation emphasis on analysis and design of PEAAMIS(Prison Education and Alteration Aided Management Information System). According our elaborate investigation, I analyzed organization structure -. management function and operation flow of Prison Administration Bureau of Hunan Province and its’ underling jails; known clearly function and information requirement of PEAAMIS; moreover designed and realized PEAAMIS.Through compared and analysed all kmds of methods that taps information system, arid integrated software engineering thinking, the dissertation discussed the advantages of DADM(Demonstration And Discussion Method). In term of principles which choose the exploiture method, writer adopted reformative DADM to supervise system exploiture. At the stage of system analyse, the dissertation presented management function , operation flow and data flow of prison bureau education and alteration system. Analysed the problem that existed in the system with its’ managing objectives. Established function modle and information modle of new system with IDEFO and IDEF1. All those would be gistes which design new system.At the stage of system design,the dissertation designed the collectivity structure of new sysyem. Software adopted B/S and C/S mix system. Accomplished the design of database structure.According to requirement analyse of system security, the dissertation designed scheme of system security in order to realize demand of system security.The system has been accomplished by our group and putted into application, the user said high praised the software, and the system will be used by nation jail management.This would improve the efficiency and benefition of education and alteration management of jail, and would stong force modernization of jail management.更多还原
