无纸记录仪的高级技术研究与实现

【摘要】 记录仪表是对工业生产过程中的各种物理量进行实时监测和记录的重要工具,它是工业生产自动化的源头和基础。传统的记录仪表是一种模拟的、机械传动式的纸质记录仪表。随着计算机技术和数字通信技术的发展,近年来出现了高性能的无纸记录仪表,它以微处理器为核心,以数字化处理为特征,以网络应用为目标,代表了记录仪表的发展方向。 本课题主要研究无纸记录仪的人机交互与可视化技术、数据压缩技术以及组网技术。人机交互与可视化软件分为两个子模块:用户交互子模块和状态实时监控模块,其中,前者是给用户提供的一个交互界面,用户通过它来实现对仪表的操作;后者实时地显示记录仪所采集到的数据,是仪表处于工作状态时的显示输出部分。在数据压缩技术部分,把仪表数据分为一维数据和二维数据,对一维数据采用预测编码和变换编码两种压缩方式,并分析了两种方法的优劣,对二维点阵数据,采用改进型的游程压缩方法,实现了对这种较难压缩的汉字点阵数据的有效压缩。在仪表组网部分,采用RS485总线实现多台仪表之间的互联,采用RS232实现上位机与485总线控制器之间的连接,最终实现整个系统的组网。 本课题所研究的技术已经应用在了新一代的EX系列无纸记录仪中。

【Abstract】 Non-paper recording instruments are very important tools for industrial process tracing. Traditional recording instruments are inefficient and uneconomical because of working in a simulative, mechanical, paper-based way. With the development of microelectronic technology, digital recording instruments appear in the recent years. They use microprocessor as central processing unit, communicate with each other by transferring digital signals and target at network environment applications.The interactive and visual graphic interfaces, data compression and network building are illustrated in this paper. The interactive and visual graphic interfaces software are made up of two parts: the interactive interfaces and the visual graphic interfaces. The first part provides a interactive interface by which users can operate the instruments. The second one displays the real-time data captured by the instruments. In the part of data compression, we divide the instrument data to one dimension data and two dimension data. We use Prediction Coding and Transform Coding to compress one dimension data, and use Run-Length Algorithm to compress two dimension data. In the part of net working building, RS485 bus is used to connect several instruments, and RS232 is used to connect the computer to 485 bus, then the whole system connection is realized.The technology we researched in this item has been used in the new series none-paper recording instruments.
