基于SEA的效能评价方法研究

【摘要】 C~3I系统效能评价是C~3I系统理论研究的重要组成部分，在C~3I系统总体方案的论证，系统方案优化，战术技术指标论证等方面都有重要应用。现有的系统效能评价方法有影响图方法、SEA方法、原型仿真等，SEA方法在实际应用中有着综合程度高，有效性显著的优点，本文对SEA方法展开具体研究。 论文首先系统地总结了现有系统评价模型方法的基础理论，接着研究了现有几种效能评价方法所基于的方法论，并给出了在此基础上对这些方法的比较分析。其次在一般意义上研究了评价方法和评价模型之间的关系，提出了模型和评价方法相互支持，相互依赖的观点，基于这个观点给出了SEA方法的优缺点分析，并提出了基于模型的评价过程。 在以上内容的基础上，论文系统地阐述了SEA方法的基本理论、应用模式以及基于SEA方法的效能评价辅助软件系统的实现方案。 首先从系统论的角度给出SEA方法的基本概念和一般步骤，然后探讨了SEA方法中的一系列问题，给出了作者在这方面的研究成果，其中包括SEA方法中使命和效能函数概念的扩展，公共空间在系统评价指标层次上的定位，属性选取的原则等。接着在理论研究的基础上提出基于SEA方法的效能评价辅助系统(SEABES)的设计，包括系统实现方法分析、系统模块化结构、工作流程设计以及系统功能向导设计，同时介绍了已经实现的一个图形表现工具SEAT的实现技术和主要功能。最后研究SEA方法的应用，就战术防空C~3I系统和通信网络的效能评价问题，给出了使用SEA方法进行评价的详细步骤，并分析了在评价通信网络效能的过程中所使用的模型。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Effectiveness Evaluation of C3I System(EES) is part and parcel of the study of C3I system theory, which has important application in C3I system., Consisting of the design, the optimization for projects and argumentation for tactics index. Many methods have been developed, including Influence Diagram method, SEA method, simulation of prototype etc. the SEA (System Effectiveness Analysis) method has the advantages of great integration and high efficiency, The studies of this paper focus on this problem.in this paper ,on the basis of summarizing the effectiveness evaluation methods of C3I system ,we study the methodologies which are based by the kinds of the EES methods and give the compares of them. Then analyze the relations of Evaluation methods and models. Give the point of view of methods supported by models. Sequentially analyze the advantages and defects of SEA method. Them give the process of the model-based Effectiveness Evaluation for C3I System.On the basis of study referred to above, we discuss the SEA theory, the approach for application and realization of SEABES (the SEA-Based Effectiveness Evaluation Aided System ) of C3I system.At first, we presents the conceptions from the point of view of general system theory and the process for effectiveness analysis of SEA method, then research the serial problems s of the method, give the study results for these problems, including the combine of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation and SEA Effectiveness Evaluation then the blue print and work course of SEABES system, at the same time, we describe the functions of a tool called SEAT (the SEA Tool) for graphic representation. At the end, we analyze the general process of evaluation on tactics antiaircraft C I system and a communication network with SEA method.更多还原
