朗德鹅品种特性及其遗传标记的研究

【摘要】 本文选取祖代朗德鹅A、B、C、D4个品系各40只,观测其0-30周龄的生长发育规律,选取40只商品代填饲肥肝鹅测定其肥肝性能,同时还测定了祖代鹅的产蛋数、填饲鹅的肥肝性能及其与几种血液蛋白质(酶)的相关。 祖代鹅A、B、C、D四个品系在4周龄内生长强度最大,在4-8周龄内增重速度最快。2个父系(A、C)的体尺体重都极显著(P<0.01)或显著地(P<0.05)大于相应的2个母系(B、D)的体尺体重;2个父系(A、C)间的体尺体重差异不显著;2个母系(B、D)间只有父系的母本龙骨长显著(P<0.05)大于母系的母本。 祖代B系的产蛋数与开产日龄的相关为-0.470(P<0.05),与碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活力相关为-0.600(P<0.01);开产日龄与开产体重相关为0.476(P<0.05),与AKP活力相关为0.484(P<0.05)。肥肝重与谷草转氨酶(GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)淀粉酶(AMY)和总脂含量相关分别为0.707(P<0.01)、0.570(P<0.01)-0.589(P<0.05)、-0.636(P<0.05)。肥肝重与屠宰重、胴体重相关分别为0.808(P<0.01)、0.435(P<0.05)。 祖代鹅B系和商品代鹅的AKP同工酶都呈现快(FF)和慢(SS)两型,祖代鹅B系SS型的产蛋数显著高于FF型的(P<0.05);肥肝鹅SS型的肝重极显著大于FF型的(P<0.01)。祖代B系的转铁蛋白(Tf)有AA、AB、BB三种表现型,商品代鹅有AA、AB二种表现型,祖代鹅的Tf BB型的产蛋数显著地高于AA、AB型(P<0.05),商品代AA型的肥肝重极显著大于AB型的(P<0.01);祖代B系的酯酶(Es-1)有AA、AC、BB、CC四种表现型,BB型的产蛋数与AB型的产蛋数差异显著(P<0.05)。 祖代鹅B系产蛋数的回归方程为: y1=-0.150X1-0.00334X2-0.061X3+61.122 R1=0.6550 (P<0.01) (y1:产蛋数,x1:开产日龄、x2:开产体重、x3:AKP活性 360日龄) 商品代朗德鹅的肥肝重的回归方程为: y2=9.655x1+3.848x2-0.065x3-0.243X4+995.14 R2=0.8790 (P<0.01)(y2:肥肝重、x1:GPT活性、x2:GOT活性、x3:Amy活性、X4:总脂含量 血液生化指标为100日龄)

【Abstract】 The purpose of this experiment was to observe the growth and development regularity of grand Landaise from birth to 30 week age .And also view the correlation among egg numbers,fatty liver property of market Landaise and their protein(enzyme) content respectively. The result showed:The growth intensity of grand Landaise which included A,B,C and D was the strongest in four week age and the weight gaining speed was the most fastest. The paternal line A and C was highly significantly (P<0.01) or significantly (P<0.05) more than maternal line B and D in body weight and size. But the body weight and size between paternal line A and C had no significant.Egg numbers of grand B landaise correlated to first egg day and AKP activity and their coefficient were -0.470(P<0.05) and -0.6000(P<0.01) respectively. First egg day correlated to first egg weight and AKP activity and their coefficient were 0.476(P<0.05) and 0.484(P<0.05) respectively. Fatty liver weight correlated to GOT,GPT,Amy and total lipid content, their coefficient were 0.707(P<0.01), 0.570 (P<0.05), -0.589(P<0.05) and -0.636(P<0.05) respectively. The coefficient that fatty liver weight correlated to slaughtering weight, carcass weight and increasing weight was 0.808(P<0.01), 0.435(P<0.05), and 0.357(P<0.05) respectively.AKP isoenzyme of grand B and market Landaise appeared FF and SS types. Egg numbers of grand B’ s SS type was significantly higher than FF type’s(P<0.05).Fatty liver weight in SS type was highly significant more than FF type’s . There were AA ,BB and AB types in grand B Tf and AA ,AB types in market Landaise Tf .BB type’s egg numbers in grand B was the highest .Fatty liver weight of Tf BB type was more than AB type’s ( P<0. 01 ) . There were AA, AC ,BB and CC in grand B Es-1 type . BB type’s egg numbers was significant to AB type’s ( P<0. 05) .
