策略型学习者及其培养的相关研究

【摘要】 人类社会正处在科技迅猛发展的时期,面对知识经济的挑战,教育必须担负起知识创新能力的人才的培养任务。随着教育改革的不断深化和发展,越来越多的教育理论和实践工作者已充分认识到:一方面,掌握学习策略已成为衡量学生学会学习、学会思考的根本标志。另一方面,作为指向认知目标的一种心理操作,学习策略既是个体问题解决的重要组成部分,同时也是促进自身认知发展的重要途径。开展策略型学习者的培养与教育,帮助学习者掌握学习策略,教会学生学习,既是实现教育目标的手段,也是教育目标的重要组成部分。同时,也是促进学生全面发展,具备适应当今与未来社会生活的终身学习和可持续发展的意识与能力要求。全文分为四个部分:第一部分,对国内外关于策略型学习者与学习策略研究进行综述;第二部分,策略型学习者的界定与特征分析;第三部分,深入分析了策略型学习者培养的可能性与必要性;第四部分,提出策略型学习者的培养与教育对策。

【Abstract】 The social of mankind be placed in the period of the fast development in technology, facing the challenge of the knowledge-based economy, education must carry the knowledge that rises the talented person sets up the ability educates mission. Along with the education reform continuous deeply turning and the education theories developing, more and more workers of the education theories and practice had known that: On the one hand, mastering the strategy of study had become the symbol of measuring the student learn to study ,learn to think;On the other hand, as a kind of mental state of the conduct and actions direction perception target operates, studying the strategy not only is a problem-solving importance in individual to constitute the part, but also is an important path that to promote oneself perceptional development. Opening the exhibition strategy type learner educates with educate, helping the learner control to study the strategy, teaching the student learn to study, not only are the importance means of achieving the goal of education, but also a goal of education constituting the part. At the same time, these would promote the student to develop completely, and have the orientation now live with future society that is also a consciousness with can keep on the development to request with ability.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part is, to domestic and international concerning strategy type learner and study the strategy studies the proceeding overview;The second part is, the define of the strategy type learner analyzes with characteristic;The third is, going deeply in to analyze the possibility that strategy type learner educates and necessity;the forth is, putting forward the strategy type learner educates with educate the counter-plan.
