基于数据库的激光表面相变硬化专家系统

【摘要】 本文探讨并初步实现了激光表面相变强化处理的专家系统,该系统结合了基于关系型数据库的知识系统和二维传热相变的数值分析模型。系统优先考虑使用数据库中的实际加工工艺参数;在数据库中没有满足该加工初始条件的工艺参数的情况下,参考数据库中的实际加工工艺参数,进而使用数值分析模型进行虚拟和分析处理,并对推理出的结果结合数据库中已有的加工工艺参数进行修正处理,最终获得一个具有实际应用价值的参考工艺参数;随着数据库中知识的增加,本系统的应用范围将更加广泛和准确。该系统克服了完全依赖于数据库已有知识的实用范围局限性,又克服了完全依赖于数值分析模型的不准确性。 对本系统所采用的激光相变处理的热模型,考虑了模型中涉及金属吸热和传热的主要原因,在此基础上对二维传热情况进行了分析及模拟计算。并且考虑了模型的实用性和易计算性,以利于专家系统的建立。 本文首先阐述了激光相变硬化处理专家系统的必要性和意义;然后详细论述了激光处理过程中的热模型,推导出具有实际应用价值的计算公式;在第三章中,本文介绍了基于数据库的专家系统的建立原则;第四章中,介绍了本专家系统的概要设计;第五章详细介绍了本系统各个功能模块的设计,实现和使用示例;第六章总结了本专家系统的优点和不足,提出了系统未来的发展方向。

【Abstract】 This study discusses and realizes elementarily the expert system of laser surface transformation hardening, which based on relevant database knowledge system and on basis of two-dimentional heat-conduct analyse models. During the process of using this expert system, pay the utmost attention to using the actual processing technology parameter in the data base; In a situation that have not met the craft parameter that should process initial terms in the database , Consult actual processing technology parameter of the database being handed in and designed , And then use number value to analyse that the model is carried on fictitiously and analyses and process, then modify the result with the processing technology parameter that have been in the database, get an expert with real more significance and consult the craft parameter finally; With the increase of knowledge in the database, the application of this system will be more wide and exact. This system overcomes the shortage due to completely depending on the limited data base knowledge, and overcomes the shortage totally depending on number value of analysing the model the accuracy.To this system mathematics model adopted, we consider model involve metal heat absorption and main reason to conduct heat, carry on the analysis and simulation to calculate in spreading the enthusiasm condition two-dimentionall on this basis. Besides, I think over the practicality and the easiness of account of this model in order to upbuild the expert system easily.The demand and signification of the expert system of laser surface transformation hardening is narrated firstly; and then discuss the model of laser processing detailedly, reason out the calculation expressions with applied worth; In the 3nd chapter, the establish principle of expert system based on relevant database is discussed. In the 4nd chapter, this study introduces the schematic design of this system. In the 5nd chapter, this study discusses the design, realization and use example of each function model. In the last chapter, summarizes the strongpoint and shortage of this expert system, advances the future development direction of this system.
