通用转矩测量系统的研究

【摘要】 转矩、转速、功率测量是各种机械产品的研究开发、测试分析、质量检验、安全或优化控制等工作中所必不可少的内容。通过测量机械设备的转矩、转速、功率,可以分析和研究零件、机构的受力状况和某些物理现象的机理。因此,它对发展设计理论,保证安全运行及实现自动检测、自动控制都有重要作用。 本文首先提出了转矩测量的一种新结构——光栅静态(平均)转矩测量传感器;然后阐述了动态转矩测量的基本原理;接着提出了新的飞轮矩与加速度测量方法,并对其进行了理论推导及实验证明;最后对提出的通用转矩测量系统进行了硬件、软件上的设计。 针对提出的通用转矩测量系统,本文主要在以下几个方面做了工作: 一、转矩测量原理的研究,转矩测量国内外现状的分析; 二、光栅转矩传感器的设计; 三、飞轮矩与加速度测量新方法的提出; 四、传感器接口板芯片的设计和研制; 五、转矩测量软件的编程及实现。

【Abstract】 Torque, rotating speed and power measurement are fundamental to the designing, testing, quality checking and optimization controlling of all mechanical products. With measuring them, we can analyze strength of component and physical principle of machine. Therefore, It is important to develop a design theory in order to ensure running safe and realize the automation.Firstly, I present a new structure of torque measurement梘rating torque sensor. Secondly, introduce the fundamental principle of the dynamic torque. And then bring forward new methods of measuring flywheel moment and acceleration, which has been proved not only by theory, but also by experiment. Finally the design of the general measuring system for torque has been finished.In this paper, I propose a general measuring system for torque and introduce it with five parts as follows:1. Research on the principle of torque measurement and analysis of the actualities of traditional instruments of Torque at home and abroad.2. Design of the grating torque sensor.3. Bring forward a new method of measuring flywheel moment and acceleration.4. Design and develop of an interface electrotype of torque sensor.5. Accomplish the software design of general measuring system for torque.
