碳纤维加固钢筋混凝土受弯构件研究及其可靠性分析

【摘要】 已有建筑结构的维护、加固是目前土木工程界研究的重要内容之一。建筑结构工程的维护和加固的方法很多,对于混凝土受弯构件有体外预应力加固法、构件表面粘贴碳纤维加固法等。近几年构件表面粘贴碳纤维加固法的发展及多种新型加固材料的开发,对结构的维护和加固起了很大的作用。国内、外的研究较多的为通过试验,对构件进行分析,从而得到受力特点,提出计算方法。 虽然有大量结构构件的加固设计方法,但对加固后结构构件可靠度的研究和资料还相当少。而且在加固设计中现有的加固设计方法基本上都是在各自的试验研究基础上的半经验半理论方法,不能与现行的可靠度设计要求相协调。 本文将在对碳纤维试验的基础上,分别对碳纤维的力学性能、失效模式、极限应变等问题进行探讨、研究;并在试验的基础上对加固后的钢筋混凝土构件进行了可靠性研究和分析。

【Abstract】 The repair and rehabilitation of exist structure is an important aspect in civil engineering. Lots of methods are offered to strengthen the constructions. For example: external prestressing, CFRP and so on. In recent years, with the development of the fibre and other material for repair our building; CFRP is becoming the most popular strengthening mean. Now, at home and abroad; first ,many researches are taken by tests, which can give us the information of the characters of the strengthened concrete structure ; then we try to offer a lot of methods for calculation.However, the little researches and data about the reliability of the repaired concrete structures can be provided, although a lot of means for reinforcement are able to be applied. At the same time , many methods based on the tests , which can’t abide with the need of our reliability design.In the paper, the research tests of the character about the reinforced concrete. structure by CFRP are applied. Based on the mechanical properties of CFRP, there are many problems such as failure mode, ductility, ultimate strength and durability etc in the concrete structures strengthened with CFRP. Combined with the result of the tests, the methods for the reliability of the reinforced concrete structure are provided.
