洗浴废水回用处理工艺及设备的研究

【摘要】 针对洗浴废水水质水量的特征,确定其回用处理的工艺。洗浴废水依次通过混凝、过滤、臭氧氧化、活性炭吸附的各单元处理,出水水质可达到回用的要求;并在各单元实验所测得数据的基础上,对回用处理设备进行初步设计,为该工艺的实际投产应用提供实验、理论依据。 经过实验比较研究,选用聚合氯化铝(PAC)为混凝剂,不改变废水水温和pH值的情况下,经过正交试验验证,按混凝主次影响因素确定各因素较佳值分别为:每升洗浴废水聚合氯化铝(PAC)投加量为50mg/L,水力搅拌速度中速100r/min和慢速30r/min,分别搅拌2min和5min,沉淀静置时间15min;混凝出水的COD去除率达到80%以上。过滤单元采用由无烟煤和石英砂组成的双层滤料,测定滤速为9.72m/h时,滤料的处理废水能力为157t废水/m~3滤料。采用臭氧氧化技术对过滤出水进行进一步处理,研究发现臭氧氧化洗浴废水的途径是臭氧直接氧化水中有机物和臭氧溶于废水而产生羟基自由基OH氧化的共同作用结果;当臭氧投加量为3.1mg/L,出水COD降到15mg/L以下,阴离子表面活性剂的浓度低于0.15mg/L,细菌未检出。在活性炭吸附单元,废水采用重力流通过颗粒活性炭固定床,出水后的废水各项指标达到预先确定的水质要求。 根据实验数据,通过工艺计算得处理设备的吨水投资0.034万元/m~3;吨水运行费用为1.43元/m~3。

【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of bathing wastewater, treating technology is determined.Bathing wastewater is treated by the processes of coagulation-flocculation, filtration, ozone oxidation , active carbon adsorption in turn, and the effluent would be reused as bathing water again. Basing on experiment data, the preliminary design of equipment for bathing waster treatment is made.By experimental comparison, polymerization aluminum chloride( PAC )is choosed to treat bathing wastewater. The dosage of PAC, time of sedimentation, hydraulic condition, pH and temperature of wastewater are investigated. The experiment results show that the removal rate of COD is higher than 80% with the PAC addition of 50g/m. Then bathing wastewater is passing through a two-layer filter which are composed by anthracite and quartzite sand, the filtering capacity of filter for bathing wastewater treatment reach 157t /m3 when the filtering rate is 9.72m/h. the filter can be reused after converse washing. After filtration bathing wastewater is treated by zone oxidation in succession. The conclusion can be draw from experimental results that the organic pollutants in bathing wastewater are oxidated directly by zone and indirectly by hydroxy radical from zone dissolved in water. When the dosage of zone is 3.1mg/L, the COD of effluent contain is lower than 15 mg/L, the concentration of linear alkyl benzene sulfonate (LAS ) is lower than 0.15 mg/L and bacteria is undetected. After the final part of treatment by active carbon adsorption, effluent quality reaches the reusing standards.On the base of technoloyical design, the investment of the treatmant equipment is 340yuan/m3 wastewater and the running cost is 1.43 yuan/m3 wastewater.
