影响大学生体育锻炼习惯形成因素的研究——内蒙古呼和浩特市地区6所普通高校调查分析

【摘要】 随着我国教育改革的不断深入,素质教育的全面推进,“健康第一”的思想在学校的逐步落实,终身体育的理念的普及以及《全民健身计划纲要》的贯彻实施,作为我国学校体育的基本任务之一的“培养学生良好的体育锻炼习惯”日益显示出突出和重要的地位。大学体育教育是学校体育的最后阶段,对学生体育锻炼习惯的培养与形成有着承上启下的作用,对于学生今后健康地为祖国工作,提高中华民族的素质和改善其生活的质量,都有着深远的价值与意义。而了解高校学生目前体育锻炼习惯的现状,探明影响学生体育锻炼习惯形成的因素又是有效完成高校体育教学培养任务的关键。本文采用问卷调查法、数理统计和文献综述等方法,以内蒙古呼和浩特地区6所普通高校共1003名二、四年级大学生为研究对象,对其体育锻炼行为与习惯现状进行调查分析,并就影响大学生体育锻炼习惯形成的因素问题进行了较为系统的研究,借以对内蒙古高校体育教学改革,提供有益的信息,为学生体育锻炼习惯的最终形成提出有实际价值的参考意见。 本文参照《学校体育工作条例》、《国家体育锻炼标准标准》以及体育人口的判定标准,主要通过锻炼频率、锻炼强度、锻炼时间、持续时间四方面内容的达成度对体育锻炼习惯进行了界定,并把每周锻炼频率3次以上,每次锻炼时间20分钟以上,锻炼强度为与自身锻炼状况相适宜的中等或中等以上负荷强度,锻炼持续时间为10-12个月作为具体判定标准,将学生分成:有体育锻炼习惯,未形成体育锻炼习惯但参加锻炼的学生(简称为参与群),不参加体育锻炼的学生(简称非锻炼群)三个群体。调查结果表明,有体育锻炼习惯的学生比例为51.5%,未形成体育锻炼习惯的参与群学生比例为41.5%,非锻炼群的学生比例为7%。性别差异显著,有体育锻炼习惯的男生比例远远高于女生比例,且从不锻炼的学生中女生人数最多;年级差异显示,随年级的增长有体育锻炼习惯的学生比例逐渐下降,而参与群与非锻炼群学生比例呈上升趋势。 通过对有体育锻炼习惯群、参与群和非锻炼群,三种类型调查数据相关内容的对比、分析,进而对影响呼和浩特地区大学生体育锻炼习惯形成因素展开全面影响大学生体育锻炼习惯形成因素的研究一内滚古呼和浩特市地区6所普通高校调查分析深入的研究与探讨,结果表明,影响呼和浩特地区大学生体育锻炼习惯形成的主观因素分别为:体育需要、体育动机、体育兴趣、体育态度和体育自信度.影响大学生体育锻炼习惯形成的环境因素有学校因素包括:场地器材设施因素、体育教学因素、校园体育锻炼氛围因素:家庭因素中父母的文化程度、父母的支持态度及父母的体育锻炼行为对学生体育锻炼习惯的形成起着潜移默化的影响作用;消费因素、“重要的他者”因素、媒体因素也是影响学生体育锻炼习惯形成不可或缺的部分。本文还针对上述状况和一些鱼待研究的问题提出一些建议,并对呼和浩特地区高校体育教学改革提出了具体的思路与对策。

【Abstract】 As the reform in education is being deepened, quality education carried forward, the idea of ’health first" gradually established in schools, life-long physical training popularized and "The Body-building Program for the Entire People" carried out, the cultivation of good habit in college students for physical training - a basic task of the physical education in Chinese schools - has now become more and more important. Physical education in the college,which is the last stage of physical education in schools, plays a role of connecting the past with the future, and therefore it is of great significance in preparing the students to work healthily for the country, and improving the quality of the Chinese people and the quality of their life. On the other hand, to learn about the college students’ habit of physical training and to find out the factors affecting the formation of good physical training habit is the key to the fulfillment of the task of physical education in colleges. Adopting the methods of questionnaire, mathematical statistics and summing-up of documents, this paper makes investigations in six colleges in the area of huhhot about 1003 grade-2 and 4 students, analyzing their physical training activities and habits and studying systematically the factors that affect the cultivation of their physical training habit, thus providing useful information concerning the teaching reform in physical education, and valuable suggestions about the final cultivation of physical training habit in the college students.With reference to "School Physical Regulations", "National Standard for Physical Training", and the standard for deciding the population engaged in physical education, this paper defines physical training habit hi terms of frequency, strength, time and duration of physical training, and sets the following items as the standard: training over 3 times a week, over 20 minutes at a time, medium or above medium strength that fits the trainee’s physical condition, and 10-12 months’ training duration. And according to this standard the students are divided into 3 groups: The first group consists of those who have acquired training habit; the second groups (called the participating group " includes those who take part in physical training but have not acquired the habit; the third group (callednon-training group) includes those who do not take part in physical training. The investigation shows that the students with training habit account for 51.5%, those who take part in physical training but without the habit account for 41.5% and the non-participation group accounts for 7%. And there are striking differences in sex: the percentage of the male students with training habit is far more than female students, and not to mention the fact that most of the students in the third group are girls. Also there are differences in grade: the higher the grade they are in, the lower the percentage of the students with training habit while the percentage of students taking part in physical training but without the habit and those who do not take part in is going up.Through analysis of and comparison between the investigating content related to the investigation statistics about the three groups this paper makes further, profound and overall study of the factors affecting the cultivation of physical training habit among the student in the area of Huhhot and has come to the conclusion: there are subjective factors and environmental factors. The former include the need for physical training, the motives and interest in physical training, one’s attitude to physical training and his confidence in it. The latter include school factors: sports ground, equipment and facilities, the teaching quality of physical education, the atmosphere of physical training in the school campus; family factors: the cultural level and the attitude of the parents toward physical training and the subtle influence they exert on the cultivation of training habit in their children.
