中国电信企业经营者评价与激励机制的研究

【摘要】 面对知识经济和经济全球化的挑战,随着中国电信企业改革的深化,电信企业的生存和发展最终必须落实到经营者这个基点上,只有高素质的电信企业经营者才能推动企业的快速发展,完成市场、技术和机制的全面创新。但因为近几年中国电信一直处于结构性重组改革之中,针对人力资源管理的研究一直没有精力予以充分重视,尤其是评价与激励机制研究更是薄弱环节。鉴于目前国内外关于企业经营者评价系统和激励机制的研究方兴未艾,本文期望从理论上对中国电信企业评价与激励机制研究进行一些有益的探索,在实践中指导建立中国电信企业评价与激励机制模型,为中国电信企业的快速发展以尽绵薄之力,为制度建设起到一定借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 Having been challenged by the intellectual economy and economic globalization, with the further reform of China Telecom, the survival and development of telecom corporations shall be finally depended on the people who manage it. And it is only high quality managers who can push them forward rapidly, complete the innovation of market, technology and system totally. However, in resent years, China Telecom has been in the state of structure reform, people are lack of energy in concentrating their mind on the study of Human Resource Management, and the study of evaluation and motivation has been rising at home and abroad, so this article is hopefully trying to explore on the evaluation and motivation of China telecom corporations theoretically in order to help to guide the set up of China Telecom Corporations Model in practice, and dedicate my effort to the rapid development of China Telecom, so as to advance system establishment.
