大体积混凝土温度裂缝控制技术研究与实践

【摘要】 随着我国经济的发展,工程建设规模也越来越大型化、复杂化。这使得工民用建筑中的大体积混凝土温度裂缝问题日益突出并成为具有相当普遍性的问题。 大体积混凝土温度裂缝问题十分复杂,它涉及到和工程结构相关的方方面面。对大体积混凝土基础的温度裂缝控制更是涉及到岩土、结构、建筑材料、施工、环境等多专业、多学科。建设部门在此领域的研究还不够全面深入。相关规范条文的覆盖面还不够完善,很多工程实践中的问题只能依靠经验,还缺乏理论依据。这使得在工程实践中造成大量的人力、物力、财力的浪费,因概念含糊或顾此失彼而导致工程事故的也屡见不鲜。 本文查阅了大量参考文献,总结了大体积混凝土温度裂缝产生的原因以及控制方法,根据具体情况把这些方法灵活应用于两个实际大厦的基础工程施工,在施工中对材料选择、施工布置、浇筑工艺、养护等几个环节采取了严格的控制措施,并同时对基础典型位置的内外温度差进行了监测。监测结果表明基础混凝土的内外温差均在合理范围之内,从而避免了裂纹的产生,同时也说明本文所采取的温控措施的合理性和有效性。 本文针对具体大体积基础工程所采取的温控措施和监测结果,为同类工程的施工提供了方便,也为进一步的理论研究提供了参考依据。

【Abstract】 As the economic development, the engineering constructionscale in China is becoming larger and more complex. This makes the thermal crack problem of the large-volume concrete more outstanding and common.The thermal crack problem of the large volume concrete is very complicated, which is correlative with every field of construction. Controlling of the thermal crack of large volume concrete is related to the rock, structure, the building material, construction, and even the circumstance. The research in this field by the construction department is not enough and comprehensive. The covering area in the related codes is limited and narrow. Many problems appearing in construction practice have to be solved according to the experience, rather than theory. This phenomena lead to the waste of work force, material and financial resource.And the construction accident always happen because of the ambiguity of the conception of thermal crack of large volume concrete or attending to one thing and losing another.The production reason and resistance method of the thermal crack of large volume concrete are summed up in this paper based ona large number of reference. And the resistance method was used in the foundation construction of two engineering buildings.The strict measurement to avoid the thermal crack was been adopted in the laches of material selection, construction method, concrete irrigating and conserving technics. The inside and outside temperatures of the concrete foundation were inspected. The measurement results show that the temperature difference of theconcrete foundation was in the rational range and the crack was avoided. The temperature inspecting results also proved the controlling measurements were rational and effective. The controlling measurements of the temperature difference and the inspecting results in this paper will not only provide convenience to the similar research, but also be used as a reference of theory study.
