基于系统动力学的工业企业物流研究

【摘要】 工业企业物流研究是当前物流研究领域的薄弱环节,加强对工业企业物流的研究有十分重要的意义。 系统动力学的理论和建模方法是本文研究的基础,工业企业物流系统是本文的研究对象。运用系统动力学的基本原理和方法对工业企业物流进行研究是一种新的尝试。 工业企业物流系统由生产物流、供应物流、销售物流及回收废弃物流等子系统组成。各子系统之间相互作用、相互影响,从而对工业企业物流系统产生影响。影响工业企业物流系统及其子系统的因素多且关系复杂,借助传统的方法和手段不能反映其复杂关系。本文尝试通过建立系统动力学仿真模型,用模型中的流图来反映其复杂的关系从而反映客观实际。 本文所建立的工业企业物流系统动力学模型包含生产物流、供应物流、销售物流、废弃物流四个子系统。建模过程中,对企业历史经营资料进行了充分的分析,并以经营计划作为模型的基本输入。模型中考虑了影响工业企业物流系统的主观和客观因素,这些因素的影响有些是全局性的,有些是局部性的,对它们各自影响的范围,作用的过程及可能产生的结果,在文中分别进行了探讨。在流图中将所考虑的因素全部包含进来,并用系统动力学仿真语言中的流线将它们之间的因果关系标示出来。对这些因果关系,通过统计的或经验的方法进行了量化,从而建立了一系列系统动力学方程。 通过模型仿真结果初步分析,进一步阐明了各影响因素之间的相关性。当模型的的仿真结果不令满意时,就需要对结果进行控制。对仿真结果的控制过程,对模型本身来说是一个不断调整影响因素值的过程,在实际的工业企业中,它是一个不断调整物流系统行为的过程。从本文中对所建立的模型的控制过程和结果来看,实现了从总体上对工业企业物流的宏观控制。 对工业企业物流的认识是一个不断深入的过程,工业企业物流系统自身也是一个不断完善的过程,因此,对工业企业物流系统的研究还有待进一步提高。

【Abstract】 Industrial enterprise logistics it studies to be present logistics weak link of research field, strengthen and have very important meaning to research of the logistics of industrial enterprise.Systematic theory of dynamics and modeling method is the foundation of this text, the logistics system of industrial enterprise isthe research object of this text. Use systematic dynamics carry on to industrial enterprise logistics research is a new try.Industrial enterprise logistics system makes up by the subsystem of production logistics , logistics of supplying, sell logistics , retrieve and discard logistics . Every subsystem interact and exert an influence to the whole logistics system of industrial enterprise. There are many complicated factors that influence the industrial enterprise logistics system and its subsystem, with the aid of traditional method and means we can’t descripte its complicated relation. Establish systematic dynamics emulation model to descript these complicated relations are not merely ocular, and can descript the objective actual conditions even more.The logistics system dynamics model of industrial enterprise set upin this text includes four subsystem$they are production logistics, logistics of supplying, sell logistics, discard logistics. During set up the model,have done abundant analysis to enterprise history business data,and regard business plan as basic value of model. Have considered various kinds of subjective and objective factors (f the logistics system among the models Some influence of these factor are overall, some are localized The range that they influencejhe process and the possible result of function are discussed separately in the articleAll these factor are included among the flowing chart, and then labeled the causality of them with streamline of system dynamics emulation languageIn the article, a series of systematic dynamics equationsto these causality have been set up by statistic and experiential method.Through initial analysisof model emulation result, expound interreaction of all influence factor further When the emulation result of the model is not satisfied, it need the result to be controled. The process of control on emulation result, is a process of adjusting influence factor value constantly to model itself,but to a concrete industrial enterprise, it is a processthat logistics system perfects constantly. From control process and control result of the model set up in this article, it have realized to keep enterprise’s logistics in the comparatively satisfactory level on the whole.The understanding of the logistics of industrial enterprise is a continual process, and the industry enterprise logistics system oneself is also a research for continuously perfect process, therefore,it needs further study on the industry enterprise logistics system.
