基于网络的汽车内饰交互式设计系统关键技术的研究与实践

【摘要】 随着科学技术的发展,产品设计必将实现CAD技术与网络技术、虚拟现实技术、可视化技术、数据库技术的有机结合。基于网络的交互式设计系统的研究与开发,为实现人—人之间的信息交流和设计信息系统与制造信息系统的无缝集成打下基础。通过基于网络的交互式设计系统,相关人员可以在线参与产品设计;企业可以吸收用户的产品创新意识,满足用户的个性化产品需求;用户可以实时动态地在拟实环境中感受可视化的产品设计效果。 本文以汽车内饰为研究对象,面向用户、应用Java技术的平台无关性和网络分布性,研究基于网络的汽车内饰交互式设计系统的关键技术,构建基于网络的汽车内饰交互式设计系统,实现部分功能模块在企业中的应用。本文在如下几个方面做出了创造性成果: 1.应用Java 2D建立系统的一个二维线架设计功能原型。该原型类似于传统CAD系统,但具有很好的网络交互特性,适用于汽车内饰图案设计。 2.应用Java Socket技术实现所构建系统的基于网络的交互式设计功能。借助该交互式设计功能,处于异地的相关人员能实时观看同一对象的设计过程和结果,能提出意见、进行修改和继续下一步设计。 3.实现系统的材质交互式设计功能。以三维网络虚拟现实语言为基础,采用3DMax+Cult3D+Java技术方案,建立汽车内饰拟实环境、实现内饰材质的交互式设计和汽车内饰设计整体效果的可视化。

【Abstract】 With the development of scientific technology, product design will combine CAD technology with network-based technology, virtual reality technology, visualization technology, and database technology. The study of network-based interactive design system lays the foundation for realizing the information communion between people and the seamless integration between design information system and manufacture information system. Relevant persons can attend the product design online by the network-based interactive design system; the enterprises can absorb the product’s innovative ideas of users, in order to satisfy the users’ individual demands of product; Users can real-timely and dynamically experience the design result in the virtual reality environment.In this paper, the auto-inner ornament is regarded as the study object. Faceing users, the author applies Java technical advantage about irrespective platform character and network distribution to study the key .technology of network-based interactive design system of auto-inner ornament, establishes the system and realizes the application of some functions module in the enterprise. This paper has obtained achievements as following:1. Applying of Java 2D, the paper establishes a 2D frame design function prototype, which is similarly with the traditional CAD system, but it has the network interactive feature and is fit for patterns of auto-inner ornament.2. Realizes network-based interactive design with the application of Java Socket. With this interactive function, people of different locality can real-timely view the design course and the design’s result of the same object and can suggest, modify and continue the products’ design.3. Realizes the function of texture’s interactive design in the system. On thebased of 3D net virtual reality language, uses the technological route of3Dmax+Cult3D+Java to establish the visual reality environment of auto-inner ornament, realize the interactive design of inner ornament texture and the visualization of auto-inner ornament design’s result.
