简支转预应力连续梁桥分析与试验研究

【摘要】 预应力混凝土连续梁桥以其强大的竞争力,近年来得到迅猛发展。简支转预应力连续的施工方法是中、小跨径桥梁和大跨度桥梁的引桥中普遍采用的结构型式。本论文根据桥梁工程建设的需要,对施工过程中简支转预应力连续结构的应力和挠度进行理论分析和施工监测。论文以襄樊汉江四桥为工程背景,探讨了应力与挠度的计算方法和施工过程中的监测监控技术,主要做了如下几方面的工作: 1、理论分析与数值模拟计算。运用力学理论、混凝土结构强度理论和桥梁结构相关理论论述了桥梁应力与变形的理论计算方法;利用专用桥梁结构计算程序结合具体工程项目中的简支转预应力连续结构进行了数值模拟计算,并对计算结果进行理论分析,提出这种结构型式在受力状态与结构变形上的特点。 2、试验研究。提出具体的试验方案,论述了测试元件的测试原理,通过测量各控制点在不同阶段的应变和挠度,确定桥梁结构的实际应力大小和变形状态,了解简支转预应力连续结构各跨主梁与连续处的应力分布情况,并与设计相互验证,通过施工控制使结构符合设计要求,保证施工质量。 3、设计与施工工艺探讨。对桥梁结构设计与施工工艺从改善混凝土材料性能、改进预应力设计与张拉工艺等方面做探讨,对关键工序的施工提出指导建议,逐步完善预应力工艺水平和张拉锚固体系,提高桥梁建设水平。 本论文的工作不仅为襄樊汉江四桥的施工建设提供了理论依据,还收集与整理了施工和试验过程的相关信息,对施工工艺和试验方案做了比较详细的论述,积累了一定的科研资料。试验数据为桥梁研究工作者提供理论研究与实践的初始资料,为同类型桥梁的设计施工提供参考资料,同时也为桥梁今后的运营养护提供了初始数据。

【Abstract】 In recent years prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge is applied widely with strong rivalrousness. The structure of simply supported-continuous system is now common used in small span bridges and bridge approach of large span. In order to meet the demand of bridgework, we monitor and analyze the stress and the deflection during the process of bridge construction. Combining the Fourth Hanjiang Bridge in Xiangfan, this paper inquire into the computing and measuring method of stress and deflection. The main content of this paper is generalized as follows:1. Theoretical computing method and numerical simulated calculation. Using theory of structure intensity and prestressed concrete bridge, this paper reviews theoretical computing method of stress and deflection. Making use of the procedure of computing bridge structure, the structure of simply supported-continuous system is calculated and the result is analyzed, the character on force and deflection is generalized in the paper.2. Experimental analysis. In order to ascertain the real stress and deflection of structure this paper puts forward experimental scheme. By measuring data during the process of construction, we can know the distribution of stress in simply supported-continuous beam and compare with initial design, then we can adjust it by control method to ensure quality of the bridge.3. Approach design method and construction technology. Discuss bridge structure design and construction in aspect of concrete material, prestress design and technology of stretching reinforced bar.This paper provides theoretical basis for construction of the project and reference data for other similar bridges, gives a detailed description of experiment scheme and construction technology, accumulates initial data for further research on bridge.
