基于ITS的货物跟踪模式的研究

【摘要】 近几年来,随着ITS技术的发展和物流环境的改善,尤其是信息技术、通信技术、计算机技术的发展和互联网的普及,21世纪的物流将朝着信息化、网络化、绿色化、快速化和可视化方向发展。准确、快速、效率已作为生产企业选择物流商和合作伙伴的重要标准。 为满足企业对物流的要求,政府、企业、高等学校和研究院所都对物流高度重视,各方纷纷以不同的形式介入到智能运输系统(ITS)的研究和应用之中。探索ITS对现代物流的理念、运作方式、管理水平、物流系统、经营业态、物流技术、基础设施和物流人才等方面的影响和现代物流对ITS的依赖性。ITS已成为现代物流重要的支撑系统。 人们希望利用ITS实现物流的运输智能化,以满足人们对物流服务提出的更高要求,达到对货物进行实时跟踪,优化供应链的目的。不少企业在此领域,做出了不懈的努力,但终因成本、技术、流程、人才、需求不旺、效益等诸多原因未能很好协调而宣告失败,最终不得不退出了这一市场。 本文立足ITS的角度,对GPS、射频和条码三种货物跟踪模式的技术原理、优缺点和应用范围进行了对比研究,提出了利用ITS技术对货物进行协同跟踪的观点,给出了协同跟踪总体框架及与各系统的技术衔接。 为详细阐明协同跟踪中物流运作流程重组对协同跟踪的重大影响,本文提出了利用Petri模型作为工具对物流企业的流程进行重组,并给出了重组案例。 论文以中国外贸运输总公司和广东南方卫星通信服务有限公司进行协同跟踪为例,提出了协同跟踪模式,并给出了跨省际的物流运输企业建设协同跟踪系统的总体框架和思路。

【Abstract】 In the last few years, along with technical development in ITS with environmental improvement in logistics, particularly, in information technology, communication technology, computer technology and popularization Internet, Logistics is developing in the direction of information, networks, no-pollution, speediness, efficiency and visibility in 21 centuries, which make enterprises of industrial production choice the co-operator according to the standards which are accuracy, speediness and efficiency.To meet the demand of the business of logistics, everyone takes account of ITS, concerning government, enterprise, scientific and technological research and education etc. People begin to research it through different ways. One hand, their research have an influence on logistics in many aspects, such as the principle of the modern logistics, operation way, management level, logistics system and operate the mode, logistics technique, foundation facilities, the talented persons and so on. On the other hand, they also research on the dependence of modern logistics on ITS. ITS has become the major support system of modern logistics importantly.People desire for ITS to be applied to transportation so as to provide growing logistics service of higher request to people and to reach cargo tracking as well as to optimize the supply chain. Many enterprises have done the best, but announce the failure eventually because of the cost, technique, process, talented persons, lack of prosperous need, performance etc. because they can not deal with the those factors reasonably, they have to give up this market.Form the angle of ITS, firstly, this paper analyzes three kinds of modes of cargo tracking which involve GPS, RF and BAR CODE TECHNOLOGY, concerning the technique principle, advantage and disadvantage of the modes as well as application fields of the modes. Secondly, the paper puts forward the architecture of co-operation in cargo tracking and linking up a technique, which is in conjunction with following total frame and with each system.To clarify the influence of logistics operation process on cargo tracking inco-operation, the paper brings the Petri Net model. That is enterprises reorganize the process of operation way.Thesis gives cargo tracking mode and architecture as well as thoughts when enterprises carry out co-operation cargo tracking system. To state cargo tracking co-operation between China National Foreign Trade Transportation (Group) Corporation (SINOTRANS) and Guangdong South Satellite Telecommunication Service CO. LTD(SST)
