中压共轨电控燃油喷射系统实现预喷的研究

【摘要】 柴油机电子控制是发动机技术领域一个重要的研究方向。柴油机采用电控技术后为控制排放、节约能源、降低噪声、改善性能提供了灵活而有效的手段。 为了实现柴油机全电子控制,课题组对柴油机燃油和配气系统的综合电控技术进行了研究。本文的主要工作为:在中压共轨电控燃油系统上实现预喷射。 本文通过对国内外电控燃油系统实现预喷的几种典型方案的分析和中压共轨电控燃油系统组成的介绍,提出本系统实现预喷射的方案。 设计、研制出实现预喷的电控喷油泵,重点是对电控泵中的关键部位一柱塞偶件,柱塞弹簧的设计,并对设计中应该注意的问题进行了较为详细的分析。 电磁阀作为电控燃油系统中极为关键的部件,它对燃油喷射特性影响特别大。故本文对课题组自行开发、研制的高速大流量电磁阀进行了装配、调试,使其液力状况最佳,为喷油实验作前期的准备工作。 对初期设计、加工的电控泵在全部工况范围内进行了试验研究和性能测试。试验表明,利用柱塞泄流来实现预喷,达到了预期的目的。为进一步考察预喷的情况,对柱塞进行了第二轮设计,通过对多种不同预喷规格的柱塞进行试验对比,得出影响预喷效果的主要结构参数和工作参数,为以后上柴油机匹配作试验依据。 对中压共轨电控燃油系统在实现高压喷射方面作了一些初步的探索:通过改变喷油器的型式及喷孔的大小、增压面积比、电磁阀流量的大小来考察这些因素对系统实现高压喷射的影响。 最后,论文对中压共轨电控燃油系统的研究进行了总结,并提出了继续完善和改进的方向。

【Abstract】 The electronically controlled diesel engine is one of important research subjects on engines. The application of electronically controlled technology to diesel engines provides flexibility and effectiveness in reduction of emission, noises and improvement of engine performances, saving energy, etc.In order to improve the all-round performance of diesel engine, a research on the integration of electronically controlled fuel injection and inhale-exhaust system of diesel engine is done by our research group. By analyzing and comparing several kinds of advanced electronically controlled fuel injection systems at home and abroad, a new method is introduced in this paper, which carried out pilot injection in medium pressure and common rail electronically controlled fuel injection system of diesel engine.Based on the former electronically controlled pump of our group, a new type pump has been designed and manufactured, which can implement pilot injection. The plunger, plunger sleeve and spring, as the key parts of the electronic pump, have been designed especially. And the problems in design are discussed in detail.A new high speed and great flow solenoid valve, one of the key parts of electronically controlled fuel injection, is assembled, adjusted, which makes it in good condition, and prepares for injection test in this thesis.The performance of the electronic pump designed firstly, is test on bench in various conditions. The result indicates that the method is effective on the control of initial injection rate. Some different size plungers and plunger sleeves have been designed for the second time. From the test result, some conclusions have been summarized, which is used to optimize the pilot injection for matching the diesel engine.Launching on the whole electronically controlled fuel system, by changing the type of the injector, the area of the nozzle, the ratio of the intensifier’s area and the flow of the solenoid valve, some conclusions about enhancing the pressure of the injection are summarized and some other methods are put forward to optimize the whole fuel system, as well.In the end, some conclusions about the electronic controlled fuel system aresummarized, and some ideas about how to optimize the system are involved, too.
