带钢纠偏智能PPF控制系统

Intellectual PPF Control System in Rectifying Strip Steel Deviation

【摘要】 本文设计了基于PPF控制算法的带钢纠偏控制系统,并提出采用电容传感器与高频光电传感器冗余检测带钢偏移信号的方法,增加了系统的可靠性。系统采用SIEMENS S7-200 PLC控制,扩展了EM235模拟模块,TD200用于操作及显示。执行机构由伺服控制装置推动纠偏辊进行纠偏。 PPF控制的全称是预测位置反馈。这种控制方式应用了预测控制的思想,通过增益系数、复位系数、行程系数的调整来改善控制系统的预测性能。 本文在充分分析PPF的控制规律的基础上,研究了模糊控制与PPF控制算法结合,组成智能PPF控制系统,设计了步进电动机带钢边缘自动跟踪系统,电容传感器信号采集电路,伺服放大电路及接口电路。 工业试验证明:模糊PPF控制下两种信号检测系统完全可以配合完成纠偏任务,能够大大提高现场控制的可靠性。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the control system of rectifying strip steel deviation based on PPF control algorithm is designed, and a way of detecting the deviation signal of strip steel is introduced, Which adopted redundancy control that involves capacitance sensor and highfrequency photoelectricity sensor, and improved reliability of the system .The system includes: SIEMENS S7 200 programmabled logic controller, EM235 analog signal module expanded, TD200 for manipulating and displaying. The executing system pushes the roller by servocontrol device to rectify deviation.PPF control is named as Prediction Position Feedback control. This control method addopted the idea of prediction control, which can improve the predictioncapability of the system by regulating gain parameter, reset parameter and stroke parameter.Based on the sufficient analysis of PPF control rule, the research into the algorithm combination between fuzzy control and PPF control is made to develop the intellectual PPF control system and design automatic tracking system to the edge of strip steel by the step motor, the signal collecting circuit with the capacitance sensor ,servo magnifying circuit, and interface circuit are designed also.Industrial experiment show: Based on fuzzy PPF control, two types of signal detecting systems can entirely cooperate for fulfilling rectification, and improve the reliability of real-time control considerably.
