基于Matiab/Simulink的异步电动机变频调速系统的仿真研究

【摘要】 矢量变换控制的异步电动机变频调速系统是一种高性能的调速系统,已经在许多需要高精度、高性能的场合中得到应用。以矢量变换为基础的许多控制方法,诸如无速度传感器控制、自适应控制等正在发展中。本文对异步电动机变频调速系统进行了研究,利用异步电动机在二相同步旋转MT坐标系下的数学模型,使用MATLAB中的仿真工具箱SIMULINK分别对开环控制系统和闭环矢量控制变频调速系统进行了仿真。在开环控制系统的仿真中,推导出一种异步电动机在MT坐标系下的仿真模型,该模型具有结构简单、静态、动态性能良好的特点,同时这个仿真模型也用于闭环系统。在闭环控制系统的仿真中,设计了一个速度、磁链闭环的电流滞环型PWM变频调速系统,并且使这个闭环系统在SIMULINK中加以实现。本文同时还应用非线性反馈解耦理论将矢量控制的闭环系统分解为线性化的转速子系统和转子磁链子系统,两个子系统中的速度调节器和磁链调节器可按线性理论设计。仿真结果证明这两个变频调速系统具有良好的动态、静态性能。其中的一些仿真模块也可用于其它控制策略的变频调速系统中。

【Abstract】 Vector-contorl WVF system of asynchomous motor is a high performance speed-control system and has been used in a lot of situations of high precision and high performence.In the base of vector-control,some control methods are developing, for example speed-sensorlesss control and self-adaptation control. This thesis make a study on Vector-contorl WVF system of asynchronous motor. In the course of study, making use of the mathematical model of asynchomous motor in MT axes. Then both open-loop control system and close-loop vector-control system are respectively simulated with simulation block SIMULINK in MATLAB. In the course of open-loop control system, the simulation model of asynchomous motor is obtained and realized in SIMULINK. This simulation model’s structure is simple and its static and dynamic performance is good. In the process of close-loop vector-control system, the author designed a model of current delay-loop PWM vector-control WVF system which includes speed and magnetic double close-loops and realized it in SIMULINK. This paper also use non-linear feedback decoupling theory to decouple die vector-control close-loop system into linear decoupling of rotor speed and rotor flux linkage subsystems.The speed regulator and flux linkage regulator of these two linear subsystems can be designed with classical linear theory. The simulation result has proved this two WVF systems has better static and dynamic performances. Some simulation models are also used in other WVF control strategy systems.
