超硬材料珩轮CAD及其制备工艺的研究

【摘要】 本文根据珩轮的加工原理和齿面方程,利用计算机图形学方法,分别建立了珩轮的表面模型和实体模型。通过给定参数,用CAD方法设计计算珩轮各参数,并绘制出相应的三维模型图及珩轮工作图,同时给出珩轮各参数的Excel报表,以方便查询和加工制造。 三维模型的建立为实际加工提供了参考,借助于AutoCAD的强大功能,可不断完善设计,最终得到合理的设计结果。此外,三维模型还为以后分析模型的质量特征,生成NC代码,实现真正的CAD/CAM一体化做准备。 通过计算机辅助设计,大大减少了设计人员进行珩轮设计的工作量,提高了设计精度和效率。 另外通过珩轮的电镀工艺实验,得到了珩轮在制造、加工过程中各种因素对其的影响,并大体阐述了珩轮损坏原因,初步提出了改进设想,为以后进一步的研究打下了良好的基础。 本文通过实例验证了“珩轮CAD”软件设计的正确性和精确性,能圆满完成用户的设计、绘图工作,同时该系统运行可靠,使用方便,具有一定的实用价值。

【Abstract】 Based on the machining theories and gear profile equation, using computer graphics, the article builds the surface model and solid model of honner. When a parameter is given, all parameters of honner can be got by the CAD system, besides that, it can draw the corresponding three-dimensional modeling drawings and working drawings. The system can also draw Excel for inquiring and manufacture.The building of three-dimensional modeling can supply reference for manufacture. Design result can improve by use of AutoCAD. Otherwise, three-dimensional modeling can help to analyze quality character of honner and make NC code. The system can also help to complete CAD/CAM integration.By use of the method of computer-aided design, the workload of workers can be lessened greatly and the design accuracy and efficiency can be improved.By electroplating process expriment, the paper analyzes lots of affecting factors during the process of manufacture and machining. The author expounds the damage reasons of honner and gives advice to improve.The article tests the accuracy and correctness of honner CADsystem by examples. The system can complete design and working drawings and can be credible running, easy usage and has practical value.
