汽车转向助力系统的节能研究

【摘要】 传统的中位开式转向助力系统,由于其自身的工作原理,造成能量利用率较低。本文在详细分析传统中位开式转向助力系统的基础上,参考有关的研究和资料,对现有的几种转向助力系统的节能方案作了逐一的分析,并进行了节能效果的比较。这几种转向助力系统包括:变量泵中位开式转向助力系统、电动中位开式转向助力系统、机械中位闭式转向助力系统和电动中位闭式转向助力系统。通过分析和比较,指出电动转向助力系统将是转向助力系统节能的主要发展方向。采用Matlab6.0作为仿真平台,利用其中的Simulink工具箱作为仿真工具,对稀土永磁无刷直流电动机进行了仿真。在此基础上,建立了电动中位开式和电动中位闭式两种电动转向助力系统的仿真模型。利用仿真模型研究了两种电动转向助力系统在工作中的流量特性和响应特性,并加以比较。根据仿真研究的结果,指出在目前的技术条件下,电动中位开式转向助力系统的综合性能优于电动中位闭式转向助力系统,应是传统中位转向助力系统节能的首选方案。

【Abstract】 As the limit of its operating principle, the conventional center-opened hydraulic power steering system had a lower energy utilizing rate. In this paper, based on analyzing the conventional center-opened hydraulic power steering system in detail, referring to relational study and data, the present several energy saving schemes of hydraulic power steering system were studied one by one and the energy saving effect of them were compared. These hydraulic power steering system were center-opened hydraulic power steering system with variable displacement pump, center-opened hydraulic power steering system with electromotor(electro-hydraulic power steering), mechanical center-closed hydraulic power steering system, center-closed electro-hydraulic power steering system. Through analyzing and comparing, it can be proved that the electro-hydraulic power steering system will be developed mainly in the future. In the environment of Matlab6.0, using the Simulink blockset, the permanent magnet brushless direct current electromotor was simulated. Based on this, the models of the two kinds of electro-hydraulic power steering system, the center-opened electro-hydraulic power steering system and the center-closed electro-hydraulic power steering system, were built. Using the models, it was studied and compared that the flow characteristic and response characteristic of two kinds of electro-hydraulic power steering system. On the basis of results of simulation, it is pointed that, in the condition of present technology, the center-opened electro-hydraulic power steering system is better than the center-closed electro-hydraulic power steering system and it should be the first scheme for the energy saving of the conventional center-opened hydraulic power steering system.
