跳汰机分层状态检测与控制的研究

【摘要】 300字左右中文摘要: 本文围绕跳汰机床层密度分布规律、床层密度检测方法、分层状态与各控制变量的对应关系等内容,系统地研究了跳汰机分层状态及其检测和跳汰机的控制途径。 通过实验室试验和现场工业试验,确定了工业应用的跳汰机床层γ射线密度探测器相关参数,实验数据分析表明,探测器有良好的精度,完全可以满足动态控制的需要。有限的几个γ射线射源和接收器组成的跳汰机床层密度探测器可以反映跳汰机的分层状态。 确定了跳汰机床层密度分布服从乘幂规律,存在一乘幂曲线簇,对应不同入料原煤和不同的风、水、排料制度;这一曲线簇可以通过人工实验得到,可作为分层状态动态、在线检测的参照依据。 提出基于跳汰过程分层状况检测的自动寻优模糊控制系统,使跳汰机的控制真正实现:给煤、风、水、排料的综合自动控制,相比手动控制或简单的自动排料来讲,效益巨大。

【Abstract】 Concerning contents like the density distribution disciplinarian of jig bed, the way of measuring density of the jig bed, the relationship between the stratification status and the controllable variables, the stratification status and its measuring, the way for controlling the jig is systematically studied in this thesis.On the basis of lab test and site test, the parameters of an industrial γray detector is confirmed. The results of the tests show that the detector has fine precision and can satisfy the control system. A few resources of γ ray and receiver can form a Jig Bed Density Detector and can offer the status of the bed stratification. Make sure that the bed density distribution belongs to the power disciplinarian and we can find a curve cluster through manual test. The curves corresponding to the different conditions from feed, water, air and discharge and can be the consult foundation for on-line detecting. And also the Fuzzy Control system based on the measuring of bed stratification status is mentioned here.
