地理信息系统在电力系统中的应用

【摘要】 面向不同应用领域的地理信息系统(GIS),随着其自身的不断发展和完善,其应用的领域将会不断地扩展和延伸。不同的应用领域对GIS的要求也会各不相同,构造和设计一个实用的GIS应用系统,必将会给企业带来较大的经济和社会效益。本论文就是基于电力系统应用领域,结合GIS的技术现状,来构造和设计GIS在电力系统中的应用和实现的。通过对GIS的深入分析,提出了电力GIS的网络应用模式和在各种模式下的应用结构和数据库结构,设计采用了先进的对象关系型数据库技术来构造电力GIS数据的存储系统,在充分保护原有的电力MIS系统、实时监控系统等资源的前提下,建立了信息互联,数据共享,无冗余,并发处理,同步更新的电力GIS协同工作环境,最后以大同供电公司GIS为实例,进一步论述了GIS在电力系统中的应用实现。

【Abstract】 The Geography Information System(GIS) towards to various application fields , with continual development and consummatment, will continuously spread and extend its application fields. Because different application fields have different requirement to GIS , constitution and devise of an applied GIS will bring considerable economic and societal benefit for the corporation. This paper is about of the constitution and devise of how to apply and carry out GIS in power system, which is base on power system application fields and with the GIS technique actuality. From in-deepth analysis on GIS , the net application mode and the application structure and database structure in this mode of power GIS are brought frowardc The devise adopts advanced ORDS to constitute power GIS memory system. The system not only entirely protects the former power MIS and real-time control system, but builds the information interconnection, data shared , unredundance, intercurrent manipulate and the updated power GIS coordinate work environment. This article eventually discusses GIS which applies in the power system with the Datong power supply company GIS as an exampleo
