【摘要】 近几年我国各类伤亡事故频发，伤亡数量大。为了降低事故的发生，减少人员伤亡，持证上岗是保证从业人员素质的一种重要手段。这就要求有完善的资格证书考试制度，而目前我国职业安全卫生领域的国家认证资格考试制度和方式还较为落后，使考核的质量得不到保证。为了规范考试方式、保障考试质量、提高考试效率，我们研制了职业安全卫生题库及管理系统(AQDB 1.0)。 本系统的主要内容有： ● 通过研究国内外安全及其他学科考试题库的设计及建设，设计了合理的职业安全卫生国家题库及管理系统方案。 ● 题目数据库管理维护功能丰富，方便快捷。可增加、删除和修改学科，题目录入、维护方便。并且支持有图片的题目，甚至有动画的题目。为了区别不同题目之间考核内容的相关性，作者提出了题目相关码的属性指标。 ● 提供了手工组卷和自动组卷。因为计算机自动组卷实质上是一个多条件、多目标的选题策略，因此研制出了实用、高效的组卷算法——遗传算法组卷。 ● 试卷数据库管理功能丰富、方便，管理员可随时组织新试卷、修改已有的试卷、对当前试卷进行统计分析，打印输出。 ● 主要的人员管理功能有：考评点管理员管理、学员管理和考评点管理。 ● 网络管理功能主要有：设置网络服务参数，在线考试设置等。 ● 认证学员的学习功能：学员在局域网的任何一台计算机上登录系统后就可进行具有个性化的学习。为了辅助学员的学习，把记忆曲线的原理嵌入到了系统中，提高了学习效率。 ● 考试子系统的研究实现。学员在客户端登录系统后，可随时进行模拟考试或正式考试。模拟考试时，学员可自定义组卷参数，也可用管理员设好的试卷。提交试卷后马上知道自己的成绩，并可对照考试时的原题和答案。 ● 学员可随时查看、修改自己的个人信息、登录口令，以及查看他的考试成绩记录等。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, there have been a large number of occurrences of casualties in China, An important way of taking on a job by a certificate is considered to assure personnel’s quality for the decreasing of casualties and a perfect credentials test system is required, while the present national credentials test system and method of the occupational safety and health is still undeveloped and the exam quality can’t be assured. So the item bank and its management system of occupational safety and health (AQDB 1.0) were developed.This system mainly include: Reasonable national item bank and its management system of occupational safety and health were designed through researching the designing and construction of domestic and foreign item bank in safety and other courses. Management and maintenance function of item bank and its convenience. The adding, deleting, modifying of subjects, input of items and maintenance is very convenient. Items with pictures are available. Manually and automatically generating of paper and was provided. Practical and high-efficient algorithms of generating papers-genetic algorithms was developed. Management of item bank is multi-functional and convenient, new papers can be generated and current paper can be analyzed statistically and output at any time. Learning function was provided, the principle of memory curve was contained in the system and learning efficiency was improved for assisting the learning of learners. Realizing of test subsystem, learners can take a stimulated or formal exam.更多还原
