【摘要】 安全，是人类得以延续和社会得以发展的基本条件。寻求安全是人与生俱来的本能。随着社会的发展和文明的进步，人们对安全的要求和期望越来越高。然而，现代工业社会在促进生产力发展的同时，也带来了它的负面影响——危害环境和人类生命、健康的安全问题日趋严重。建筑业在工矿企业中的伤亡人数仅次于矿山企业，跃居第二位，对企业自身造成重大损失，对行业发展带来严重影响。本文从分析建筑业安全管理状况入手，根据安全系统工程原理，确定了安全教育培训在安全基础管理工作中的重要地位；通过研究安全教育的内涵、外延和作用机理，以及建筑业安全生产特点，运用先进的多媒体技术，完成了建筑安全生产多媒体辅助培训系统的设计和开发。本论文主要阐述了以下几项主要内容： 1、在分析国内外安全工程领域计算机技术应用现状的基础上，论述了开发建筑安全生产多媒体辅助培训系统的意义。 2、阐述了安全教育理论和方法，并分析了目前安全教育培训的现状。 3、通过认真分析建筑施工安全生产特点，借鉴多媒体技术的研究思想，论述了将多媒体技术应用到建筑安全教育培训工作中的可行性。 4、设计了建筑安全生产多媒体辅助培训系统的具体开发方案。 5、根据设计方案，给出了系统实现过程及开发的关键技术。 6、运用VB语言和多媒体技术，开发和实现了建筑安全生产多媒体辅助培训系统。 7、前瞻该系统的应用，并提出改进方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The safety is the basic condition of human and society development. Seeking safety and health is the human instinct. In the process of civilization, the hopes and requirements for safe environment became intensive. But it is very serious that living environment become destructive in the economy progress and the health of humans go to bad. In industry, the number of accidents in structure is second only to coal-mine industry. The loss of accidents is huge.By analyzing the safety status for construction production, according to system theory of safety project, the important role of safety education and training in safety management system is defined in this paper; by researching the concepts, forms and mechanisms of safety education, discussing the safety characters for construction project, the MCAI system for construction safety training is designed and developed with the multimedia technology. The main content includes:1. Base on analyzing the applying condition of computer technology in safety project, discussing the meanings of developing MCAI system for construction safety training;2. Expound the concepts and forms of safety education in theory, and analyze the situation of safety education and training;3. By analyzing the peculiarity of construction safety production and studying the method of multimedia technology, discuss the feasibility applying multimedia technology to construction safety education and training;4. Design the specific developing programs of MCAI system for construction safety training;5. According to the programs, put forward the process and the key technology of developing system;6. Develop and realize the MCAI system for construction safety training with VB and multimedia technology;7. Forecast the applying prospect, and give the improving orientation of system .更多还原
