【摘要】 饭店的资源配置水平是决定我国饭店业在未来市场中的竞争地位和产业格局的关键因素，提高饭店的资源配置水平是我国积极应对“入世”所引发的竞争格局转型的必然选择。本研究从我国饭店业的发展态势入手，详细的分析了我国饭店业的资源配置水平，并据此阐述了饭店实施资源系统配置的必然性和现实性。由此出发，本研究提出了饭店资源系统配置理论的基本研究框架，并对这一理论体系所包含的具体内容进行了初步的探讨，其主要内容包括： (1)核心概念的遴选。对饭店、饭店资源、系统、系统经济、资源配置、资源配置效率等核心概念进行系统的归述和遴选，为后续的讨论提供统一的概念基础。 (2)时代和理论背景。饭店业竞争格局的转型、信息技术的发展和知识经济的兴起是本研究的时代背景，软系统思想和资源基础理论是本研究的理论基石。 (3)饭店资源配置的系统分析模式建构。通过改变信息传输方式来改进传统软系统分析方法的系统缺陷，并据此提出适合饭店管理特征的系统分析模式。 (4)饭店资源系统的需求结构分析。从饭店的生命周期、市场需求偏好和资源柔性特质出发来对饭店资源的需求结构进行系统确定。 (5)资源的系统更新方式。探讨饭店获取和更新自己所需资源的系统方式。 (6)配置信息的系统传输机制。探讨饭店资源配置信息传输机制的系统结构。 (7)资源激励机制的系统建构。从饭店资源激励机制的本质入手来探讨资源激励主体、激励对象和激励资源的系统安排。 (8)饭店资源系统配置的实证分析。以本研究所提出的思维方式为基础，将西湖大酒店作为研究个案，对它的资源配置现状和水平进行实证分析，同时提出相应的系统改进方案。 本研究以饭店的实践运行作为基本的出发点，力图为饭店实施资源系统配置建构一套具有现实应用价值的思维范式和操作体系。研究力图透过多学科的视角来探讨饭店资源的系统配置机制，并尝试性地将软系统思想引入饭店研究领域，以期展拓出全新的研究范畴，推动饭店理论研究的进步。更多还原

【Abstract】 The level of allocating resources is a key factor that will decide the competitive position and industry situation of our countries’ hotel enterprise in the future market. For dealing positively with the transformation of competitive situation caused by joining WTO, our necessary selection is to enhance the level of hotel’s resources allocation. After describing the developing situation of our countries’ hotel industry, this research analyses thoroughly the level of allocating resources of our countries’ hotel industry and expounds the necessity for a hotel to allocate its resources systematically. Based on these views, this research put forward the elementary research framework of allocation theoryof hotel’s resources and probes into its concrete content. The main content of this research includes:(1) The selection of core conceptions. Selecting and concluding the elementary conceptions are to construct a unitary conception base for posterior discussions. These conceptions include hotel, hotel resources, system, system economy, resources allocation, and the efficiency of resources allocation.(2) The background of times and theory. The time backgrounds of this research are the transformation of hotel industries’ competitive situation, the development of information technology and the rise of knowledge economy. The soft system theory and theory based on resources are the theory footstones of this research.(3) The constructing of the systematic analysis model of hotel’s resources allocation. Changing the transmission of allocation information can improve on the systematic flaws of traditional soft system analysis method. Based on this, this research put forward the systematic analysis model conforming to the characters of hotel management.(4) The demand structure analysis of hotel’s resources system. To ascertain systematically the demand structure of hotel’s resources from the angels of hotel’s life period, demand preference of market and the soft characters of resources.(5) The systematic renovation pattern of hotel’s resources. To probe into how hotel obtain systematically resources that it need.(6) The systematic transmission mechanism of allocation information. The main content is to probe into the systematic structure of the information transmission mechanism of hotel’s resources allocation.(7) The systematic constructing of the incentive mechanism of hotel’s resources. To analyze the systematic arrangement of principal part, object of resources incentive and incentive resources based on the essence of incentive mechanism of hotel’s resources.(8) Demonstrative analysis of systematic allocating for hotel’s resources. The main content is to take Lakeside hotel as the demonstrative case and discussed Lakeside hotel’s current situation and level in resources allocation and put forward the systematic improvement plan based on research’s thinking method.This research strive to construct a set of thinking model and operating system which should have the values of practical use for hotel’s carrying out systematic allocation in its resources based on the practical function of hotel. This research seeks to probe into the systematic allocation mechanism of hotel’s resources through multiple science angels. This research draws soft system theory into hotel research field tentatively for the sake of developing an all-new research field and pushing the advance of hotel’s theoretical research.更多还原
