【摘要】 我国农村配电网的自动化程度低，技术落后，急需更新改造，而基于地理信息的配电信息管理系统是配电自动化不可分割的一部分，也是农网改造的必由之路。本文主要介绍了我们以ArcView为平台开发的农网配电信息管理系统的研制背景、功能构成和应用前景。分析了我国农村配电网的弱点和制约农网信息化建设过程中的关键技术问题，详细介绍了地理信息系统的功能和特点以及其解决上述问题的优势所在，在此基础之上提出了以地理信息系统为平台构建农网配电信息管理系统的思想。在系统的开发过程中，首先对市面上较为流行的几种GIS平台作了筛选，最终选择了美国ESRI公司的ArcView。在以平台提供的环境实现GIS的基本功能之上，利用面向对象的可视化开发工具VB开发配网设备GPS定位仪管理模块和其他辅助功能模块。在详细分析了农村配电网的地域分布范围和网络拓扑结构的基础上制定了基础地理信息比例尺和数据分层的标准，在信息系统数据标准化的工作中迈出了较为超前的一步。在系统的二次开发中针对农村配电网管理工作中的特点，重点对数据的输入，统计和分析以及图形数据的查询和操作进行了开发。最后提出了今后的研究方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract: The automation level of our county distribution does not high, with behind technology, need alteration exactly; the distribution information management system based on GIS is one of the indivisible parts of the distribution automation and the key of the alteration of country network. In this paper, we mainly introduce the developing background, functional structure and application foreground of this system based on Arc View. We analysis the weakness of county distribution and the condition in information project building of county distribution, introduce the functions and features of GIS, then design a means of developmenting the distribution information management system based on GIS. In the development of software system, the author selected the Arc View GIS of ESRI in America finally through matching many GIS in the market of today. Basing the GIS tools, develops the GPS module and other assistant functions by using VB language. According to the range of county distribution, at the same time, considering the topological structure, the author standardizes scale and layers of the data. This is the first taste in similar works. Mainly develops the input of data, the statistic of data and the query of data. In the end puts forward the work direction in the future.更多还原
