【摘要】 随着社会经济的发展，信息技术和交通网络将逐渐模糊了城市与乡村的界限，城乡融合成为城市发展并带动乡村共同进步的必然趋势。因此，进行前瞻性区域性的城乡景观生态规划显得很有必要。本文就是在这一指导思想下，采用“绿色”城乡规划法，试图运用景观生态学理论，构造“天地人和”的城乡空间。建立城乡景观生态系统，应均衡合理分布城市绿地斑块，将生态农业园斑块引入城市，注重对人地农田基质进行景观规划设计，形成连续的城乡廊道网络系统。并将3S(遥感RS、地坦信息系统DIS、卫星定位系统GPS)技术应用于规划设计中，使廊道、斑块及基质等景观要素的数量及其空间分布合理，以保护生物多样性，保护环境，促进城乡可持续发展。 在理论分析的基础上，本文结合保定市的自然、经济状况，构想了保定市景观生态规划框架，规划目的是模糊城市中心与乡村的界限，构想建立一个以西部绿色屏障林带、中部特色农业带和景观城市带为中心的生态纵轴、东部湿地旅游景观区以及环形河网和交通线为横轴的开放式的城乡融合景观生态系统。整体设想可以用“一片、一环、一带、一水”来概括：“一片”指西部中山林木生态保护区，“一环”指一个蓝色环带，即蓝色环带指河流水面和沿河林带建立起市域的生态环带。“一带”指一条中部绿色带，即围绕京广铁路和京九高速公路的纵向交通绿化带。“一水”指以白洋淀为中心的一片水体湿地。环、带、水间又由交通网络和河网绿带连通贯穿，形成城乡整体的景观生态系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the development of social and economic, IT and traffic network are vague the limit of city and village. Integration of urban and rural development was studied comprehensively and systematically in some articles. It put forward the urbanization is historical development results and integration of urban and rural. Fast urbanization in China calls for a far-sight ecological infrastructure constructor. Therefore, go on former regional landscape ecological planning of town and country look very necessary. The space structure of town and country should be design with nature. This paper is attempted to use the new method which under this guiding ideology to do landscape ecology planning. Establish the landscape ecosystem of town and country, should the balanced distribution city of green land patch, will ecological agricultural garden patch inlay into city, emphasize as the farmland matrix of the earth carries out landscape program design, and to form continuous corridor network system. In this planning, we want to use 3S(RS, GIS, GPS) technology to make patch, corridor and matrix and other landscape essential factors distributing reasonable. This will protect biological variety, and protective environment.On the foundation of theoretical analysis, this paper combines the condition of economic and nature of Baoding Hebei province to concept the landscape ecological program frame. In order to vague the limit of city center and village. The main planning idea is to establish a central ecological forest x-axis and eastern wetly tourist landscape district as well as water network and traffic line landscape ecosystem for the open town and country ecology system. Overall idea can come to summary with " One Area ,One Ring, One band, One Lake ":"One Area " points at the west low mountain area of forest ecological protection ."One Ring " points at a blue green ring. Blue ring band points at river water surface and along the river forest belt. "One Band " points at a green band that around the longitudinal traffic greenbelt of Beijing-Guangzhou railway and Beijing-Jiulong highway. "One Lake" points at a slice of water body which with Baiyangdian Lake as center wetly. Between ring, band and water, run through traffic network and the green forest band, all these form overall landscape ecosystem.
