金相试样镶嵌机的机电一体化技术研究

【摘要】 依据机电一体化的设计思想,对镶嵌机的整体造型、机械结构和控制系统进行了分析设计,通过机电结合,软硬件结合及互补,构成一个内部合理匹配,外部效能最佳的完整产品,实现其自动控制。 镶嵌机主体部件利用CAD技术进行自动绘图和参数优化,设计出合理的自动执行机构,该机构由步进电机、蜗轮蜗杆、丝杠螺母传动机构组成,通过控制步进电机实现下模速度和位置的控制。采用全方位的冷却方法和和性能良好的加热器,缩短了制样时间,起到了节省能耗的作用。设计了盖板并由交流低速电机控制其拉开与闭合,提高了自动化程度。 控制系统的核心采用单片机技术,控制简单,成本低。采用模糊算法对电木粉压力和温度进行控制,该算法易于实现,并可达到良好的控制效果。运用各种传感器技术,实现了温度、压力及位置的检测。采用软硬件抗干扰技术,系统可靠性较好。 金相试样镶嵌机设计新颖,结构合理,可实现无人监控操作,提高工作效率,具有较高的使用价值和广阔的应用前景。

【Abstract】 According to the mechatronics principle, the paper analyzed and designed the whole modelling, mechanical structure and control system of the mounting press. It realized the automatic control through the machine-electricity reasonable combing, software and hardware cooperating, which formed a piece of internal matching rationally and external efficiency.The main structure of the mounting press utilized CAD technology to draw automatically and optimize parameter. As for the executive system was concerned, its function was achieved with step motor, which was used to control speed and the position of the down mold. The executive system included worm gear, guide screw nut and step motor. The machine adopted omni bearing cooling system and heater with good performance. So the sampling time was shorted and the energy was saved. The cover was designed and it could be darwn forth and back by a low-speed motor, which improved the automatic degree.Single -chip microprocessor, which meanwhile realized the low cost and high automation, was adopted for controlling system. It used Fuzzy Algorithm to control the pressure and temperature of the powder. Fuzzy Algorithm was realized easily, and the system could abtain good control result. It realized the measuring of the temperature, pressure and position by using various of sensor technology.The mounting press with novel designing fashion and rational structure could operate without supervision. It improved working efficiency as well as had higher use value and wide application prospect.
