铜转炉炉衬结构优化与耐火材料砖型设计CAD方法研究

【摘要】 P-S转炉是铜锍吹炼的主要设备。铜转炉用耐火材料的研究和炉衬设计备受关注。本文结合铜锍吹炼过程耐火材料的损毁情况,根据转炉的设计现状和当代CAD技术的发展趋势,应用数值模拟、计算机辅助设计CAD、等方法来准确描绘耐火材料的工作环境和三维实时模拟,研究了炼铜转炉炉衬用耐火材料的优化设计方法,并开发出了炉衬设计专用CAD系统。进一步构建了转炉炉衬设计CAD系统的设计数据库和知识库,对所提出的CAD系统进行了实际设计,并将其应用于实际设计任务中。结果表明:利用CAD系统能很好地完成各种卧式转炉设计,能够全部快速准确地给出设计中所涉及的耐火砖的砖型(包括人力难以计算的)及所有耐火砖的单砖体积;进而准确计算出整个炉体所用耐火材料总量。此外,而且在电脑上三维实时呈现出所设计的砖和炉体结构。CAD方法的应用将优化耐火材料炉衬结构,提高炉衬设计的合理性、准确性和高效性,对提高转炉的使用寿命意义重大。 经过近10项设计任务的实践,该系统对计算量大,计算精度要求较高、图形信息处理量大、要求紧的设计任务能很好地适应,并可节约大量的人力和物力。虽然本系统是就炼铜转炉开发的,但经过设计条件及设计参数的调整,已经可以用于高炉,电炉,炼钢转炉等的炉衬设计,同样取得了良好的使用效果。

【Abstract】 The P-S converter is a important equipment in the process of production for blister. The researchers have attached great importance to refractories used in the copper converter. In the paper, the CAD method of lining design was studied in the P-S converter, was set up, and the database and repository of the CAD system of lining designed were established further, many examples have been used to validate correctness of the system and technologies. The results shown that: all the kinds of P-S converters designed could be finished and the shapes of refractories bricks (besides the bricks has not been done by handcraft has been finished by the system) concerned could be work out by making fully use of CAD system, and the quantities of single refractory brick can also be given out, in doing so, the gross quantities used in thr furnace can be worked out correctly . Morefore, the 3D models of bricks and furnace structure can be given by the CAD. The application of CAD system will improve the lining structure of refractories and the reasonableness and accuracy and speed of lining designed, and have great significance to extend the use of refractory in P-S converter.After about 10 practical designing projects it has shown that the system is very successful and can save much cost. Specially the systems of caculation complication has the characteriscc of very accuracy and high speed. The system is developed and used in the P-S converter firstly and right now. widely successfully used in blast furnaces. EAF.BOF furnaces etc.
