掺超细矿渣粉高性能混凝土的研究

【摘要】 随着城市化的发展,建筑物的高层化和超高层化、大跨度桥梁等各种新型构筑物将不断出现,使用高性能混凝土是现代建筑发展的必然趋势。采用活性矿物细掺合料与高效减水剂复合效应来配制高性能混凝土已成为当前混凝土技术的又一重要技术措施。高性能混凝土以高强度、高工作性、高体积稳定性和高耐久性等技术指标为设计目标。配制高性能混凝土除满足强度、施工性能和耐久性能以外,还应考虑其经济性。本文针对我区建筑业的实际情况,采用本地区原材料进行配制高性能混凝土。其主要工作进行了各种原材料的性能检验并做出相应图表分析;对掺超细矿渣粉末的高性能混凝土进行正交试验,确定了主要水平因子和最佳配合比;通过对高性能混凝土的耐久性试验及高性能混凝土的体积稳定性试验,确定检测高性能混凝土耐久性指标的最佳方法及高性能混凝土的热胀冷缩率和体积稳定性;通过对高性能混凝土的成本分析,确定掺超细矿渣粉的高性能混凝土其经济效益和社会效益非常显著。总之在大量的实验基础上,对不同掺量的超细矿渣粉高性能混凝土的强度、体积稳定性、抗冻性等耐久性进行了全面的分析。研究表明掺超细矿渣粉高性能混凝土在所有建筑工程、桥梁工程、特种工程等重点工程方面有着广阔的应用前景。

【Abstract】 With the development of the city , more and more tall buildings, skyscrapers and large span bridges appear, so the need for high performance concrete in the modern constructive become even popular. The way of producing the high performance concrete by using active mineral mixmaterial and the effective compound has been an important technical measure. Such high performance concrete aims to have high intensity ,workbility ,volume stability and endurance. When compounding the high performance concrete, the requirements of strength, construction workbility and endurance must be met, besides that, the economy should be taken into consideration . Concerning the practical condition in our region, in the paper a new kind of high performance concrete using the native raw material has been produced. The author has done much research work in examining the functions of raw materials, as well as making graph analysis of the raw material. As a result, achievement have been made: (1)making sure of the standard factor and the best mixture proportion, (2)finding out the best way of measuring the index of the high performance concrete,(3) the endurance of this high performance concrete and the volume stability have been experimented; (4)the great economic and social benifit are obtained by cost analysis. In a word, based on plenty of experiment, the intensity, volume stability and freezing-resistance of this new kind of high performanced concrete have been completely analyzed . It has showed that such concrete can be widely used in many kind projects, such as construction projects, bridge projects and the other special kind of projects.
