【摘要】 新城市主义是20世纪80年代后西方城市规划理论的一个重要流派，其试图提供更加完善和完整的生活品质，提供真正意义上的人居质量，重建社区和邻里关系，逐步摆脱过度依赖汽车的情况。新城市主义提倡创造和重建丰富多样、适于步行的、紧凑的、混合使用的社区，对建筑环境进行重新整合，形成完善的都市、城镇、乡村及邻里单元。其两大组成理论为传统邻里社区发展理论(简称TND)和公共交通主导型发展理论(简称TOD)。 新城市主义是西方对其汽车时代郊区化蔓延所造成弊病的反思，而在我国现阶段加速城市化进程特别是西部大开发过程中，我们的城市规划者应积极借鉴发达国家的经验教训，避免走弯路，这正是我们研究的意义所在。 通过研究，本文认为在我国现今的社区环境规划设计当中，应充分尊重传统的邻里结构和城市格局的延续，重视适宜的步行环境和公共空间的营造，注重生态原则和公共利益的优先，提倡社区功能和土地利用的多样化，创造优质的工作生活环境以及提供灵便的出行交通途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 New urbanism is an important school of the western urban planning theory after the eighties of the 20th century, It attempting to offer the quality of the life with perfecting further and fullness, offer the most genuine human settlements quality, and rebuild the community and neighbourhood relation, get rid of the situation depending on the automobile unduly progressively. New Urbanism promotes the creation and restoration of diverse, walkable, compact, mixed-use communities composed of the same components as conventional development, but assembled in a more integrated fashion, in the form of complete communities. It is essentially a re-ordering of the built environment into the form of complete cities, towns, villages, and neighborhoods. Two compose theory of New urbanism are Traditional Neighborhood Development (abbreviate as TND) and Transit-Oriented Development (abbreviate as TOD).New urbanism is the west spread introspection of disadvantage caused of suburb sprawl in their automobile era. At the present stage, when our country accelerate the urbanization process especially heavy in the course of development of western regions, Our urban planner should use the experience and lessons of the developed country for reference actively and avoiding detours, this is exactly what meaning which we study.Through studying, this text thinks in now’s environmental planning and design of community of our country, we should fully respect the traditional neighbourhood structure and continuity of the urban pattern , pay attention to the suitable construction walking in environment and public space, Pay attention to ecological principle and public interests preferential, recommend community function and diversification that land utilize, create high-quality working living environment and offer going out the traffic way nimble.更多还原
