预应力叠合楼盖体系实用(CAD)计算方法及理论分析

【摘要】 混凝土叠合楼盖结构克服了传统楼盖的不足,兼有现浇和装配式结构之特点,具有整体刚度大、抗震性能好、节省材料、降低造价、缩短工期、施工方便等优点,能在多、高层建筑中使用,可在工程建设中广泛投入应用。 本文主要完成了预应力叠合楼盖体系自动设计系统,实现了结构平面预制板的智能布置、连续梁模型的提取与计算、预制板校核、生成计算书及施工图等功能,大大提高了预应力叠合楼盖体系的设计水平。 在综述了预应力楼盖体系以及计算机辅助设计的相关内容,分析了国内外研究现状,研究了叠合楼盖的受力机理、抗弯抗剪性能以及经济指标后,文中首先概括了预应力叠合楼盖体系自动设计系统的编程基础,其中重点讨论了面向对象程序设计和混合语言编程技术;然后分前期处理、分析计算、后期处理三部分,详细说明了预应力叠合楼盖体系自动设计系统的程序设计,其中突出描述了程序所特有的智能布置、连续梁模型、预制板校核、生成计算书及施工图等功能的设计;最后用实例讲述了预应力叠合楼盖体系的实际设计方法及步骤。

【Abstract】 Concrete structure of prestressed composite slab surmounts shortcoming of the traditional slab, has the merits of cast-in-site structure and assemble structure, such as larger integer rigidity, preferable anti-seismic property, lower material consumption and cost, shorter construction period, and simple construction technology. The structure can be applied to high-rise and popularized in engineering construction.This paper has mainly achieved the auto design system for the structure of prestressed composite slab, which realized intellectualized collocation of the precast slab, pick-up and calculation of the continuous beam model, check of the precast slab, auto generation of the calculations and shop drawings, ect, and which greatly increased the design level of structure system of prestressed composite slab.Firstly, the paper sums up program foundation of the auto design system for the structure of prestressed composite slab, in which object-oriented programming and multi-language programming are discussed emphatically. Secondly, the paper illustrates program design of the auto design system in preprocess section, analyses calculation section and postprocess section respectively, in which the function design of the intellectualized collocation, the continuous beam model, the check of the precast slab, auto generation of the calculations and shop drawings is described weightily. Finally, the practical design methods and process of the structure system of prestressed composite slab are expatiated by representative example.
