天彩大厦冷水机组的远程监测及其与CONTINUUM系统集成的研究

【摘要】 本文以天彩大厦建筑设备自动化系统(Building Automation System-BAS)为研究背景。天彩大厦BAS的控制系统采用的是美国Andover公司CONTINUUM系统,冷水机组采用的是江苏双良蒸汽型冷水机组。双良蒸汽型冷水机组提供标准的RS232/RS485接口,Andover公司的CONTINUUM系统也提供标准的RS232/RS485接口。虽然Andover公司可提供丰富的X-Driver通讯软件,充分支持不同速率的第三家设备和系统的无缝连接,但是由于第三家设备各异和生产的厂家不同以及通讯协议的不同,所以Andover公司的X-Driver通讯软件不可能包罗万象。Andover公司没有适用于双良机组的X-Driver通讯软件。 本研究剖析了双良冷机通讯协议,利用visual Basic 6.0实现了对双良冷水机组的远程监视,实现了冷水机组与Andover CONTINUUM系统的集成。最终解决了冷水机组的远程监视及其与Andover CONTINUUM系统的集成问题。 本文首次实现国产双良冷水机组与美国Andover BAS的系统集成技术,具有一定的技术和经济价值,为以后Andover公司CONTINUUM系统与其它第三方设备的集成提供了范例,同时对于开发双良冷机等设备与其它系统的集成技术,具有重要的参考价值。

【Abstract】 The study background of this paper is the Building Automation System(BAS)of TianCai building. The BAS’control system of TianCai building is Continuum system made by Andover Co., cold water unit is the vapor model made by shuang Hang group Co. Cold water unit has the standard RS232/RS485 serial communication ports, Continuum system also has the standard RS232/RS485 serial communication ports. Andover Co. can provide many X-Driver communication software, which can use different communication rate to connect with many other devices very well. There are many different devices, factories and the communication protocols, so the X-Driver communication software designed by Andover Co. is not able to deal with all of them. Andover Co. has not the X-Driver communication software which can connect with cold water unit made by shuang Hang group Co.This paper mainly discusses or resolves the following problems: the intelligent building system integration, the communication protocol of cold water unit, the monitoring program that can remote monitor the cold water unit and the system integration between cold water device and Continuum system.This paper is the first one which studies the system integration between the cool water unit and the Continuum system. It can be a valuable reference to the technicians who want to resolve the similar problems.
