控制网络技术的研究与应用——山东莱城电厂辅助系统集中监控网络的设计

【摘要】 随着自动控制技术,计算机技术及信息网络技术的飞速发展,促使控制网络技术应运而生。控制网络Infranet(infrastruacture network)是一类特殊的局域网,现代计算机控制系统的广泛应用,极大地促进了控制网络技术不断发展和完善,它不仅使生产过程向更高层次的自动化水平发展,实现了优化控制、协调控制及远程监控等,也为其与信息网络的无缝集成,组建统一的企业网络提供了强有力的技术支持。本文是作者在山东莱城发电厂辅助系统技术改造项目中,设计辅助系统集中监控网络的技术总结和理论研究,从理论和实际两个方面对控制网络固有的技术特征以及交换式以太控制网络的设计作了详细论述,同时对设计中遇到的种种问题的解决作了理论上的探讨。目前,作为底层控制网络的现场总线技术得到了迅速发展,文中针对当前制约现场总线发展的诸多问题,如实现开放性和互操作性等问题,以及整合以太网和TCP/IP技术的现场总线技术发展的主流体系和应用热点问题结合实际作了进一步的阐述;还论述了以太网在工业现场应用时需要解决的实时性、互操作性以及与现场总线技术的融合等问题。进而对解决上述问题的ControlNet现场总线的技术特征作了探究,剖析了其优于其它总线的技术特性,特别是它在时间确定性、实时性等方面都优于其它同类标准,完全满足控制网络的基本要求,因而成为构建具有优越通信性能的Rockwell网络体系结构(RNA)首选的现场总线。当前交换式以太控制网络以其优越的性能将取代以前的共享式控制网络。山东莱城发电厂辅助系统集中监控网络现已投入运行,并且已经获得了显著的效益。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of automation, computer and information nerwork,infranet emerged. Infranet is a kind of special LAN. The application of modem comtuter control system promotes the development of infranet greatly. With infranet manufacture process reaches higer automatic level, realizes optimized control and homonized control. The integration of infranet and information network advances the construction of uniform intranet. This paper discusses the inherent characteristics of infranet and the design of switched Entemet theoretically and practically. The resolvents to the problems in the design are discussed. At present, fieldbus as a bottom infranet is developed rapidly, but the most difficult problem that restricts the development of fieldbus is the inconsistent standard and difficult of realizing openness and interoperation. Ethernet coming into field control has been a fact since the rapid development of its techniques. The fieldbus that integrates Ethernet and TCP/IP will be the mainstream and hotspot application as the paper discussed. In order to apply it to industrial field, Ethernet must solve the problem of realtime and interoperation, and integration with fieldbus. In this paper, the fieldbus of ControlNet which meets the former discussed requirments is discussed in detail, and the characteristics excelling other techniques are analyzed including time-critical and realtime and so on. It is the chief fieldbus that constructing RNA with excellent communication capability. The switching Ethernet Infranet will substitute the shared Ethernet Infranet since its excellent performance. The network of centralized monitoring and controlling of assistant system in power plant in LaiCheng of ShanDong province has went to function, and the remarkable benefit has been obtained.
