【摘要】 在中国，随着经济的发展，在基本解决了居住问题之后，人们已不再满足于个人家庭内部的精心设计装扮，而是越来越关注居住外环境质量。通过环境规划设计获取的优秀城市住宅外部环境，不仅可以提高社会效益、环境效益及经济效益，亦成为住宅客厅、起居室的扩展和延伸。通过居住区室外环境场地和其它景观形象的创造，住户拥有了与自然界沟通的空间，人与人交往的场所，也从精神上创造了和谐融洽的社区氛围。在住宅商品化的机制下，居住环境是一种商品，它与住房一起被消费，住宅室外环境设计将是未来住区发展的一个重要方向。同时，由于在气候、文化等方面存在较大的差异，北方与南方的住宅室外环境应各具特色，体现地域性。 本论文正是围绕我国北方城市小康住宅室外环境所进行的探讨与研究。论文对改革开放后我国城市居住区室外环境建设进行了回顾和总结，并通过分析住宅商品化后城市居住区外部环境设计、建设中存在的诸多误区，提出我国北方城市应在“可持续发展”思想的指导下，以生态学的基本原理为指导，从基地、绿化、水环境、垃圾处理几个方面规划、建设、运营和管理城市小康住宅室外环境，创造绿色生态住区。另外，论文通过对居住区硬质景观和软质景观的分析与研究，提出我国北方城市小康住宅室外环境景观应体现地域性并满足经济性。论文最终对我国北方地区住宅室外环境设计的有效途径进行了概括性总结。 希望通过本论文的综合分析研究，最终能对我国北方城市小康住宅室外环境的创造及理论研究提供一些有益地借鉴，并引发更深入地思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of economy in China, after solving the dwelling problem basically, people have already no longer been satisfied with the elaborative design inside the personal family, but pay attention to the quantity of the external environment of residence district more and more. Obtained the excellent external environment of the urban houses through environmental planning and design, not only can improve social benefit, environmental benefit and economic benefit, but also become the expansion and extension of the living-room. Through the creation of the environmental place and other landscape outside the room, household possess the open space contacting with nature, the space associating with other people, and creat harmonious community atmosphere from spirit. Under the commercialized in house, the living environment is a kind of goods, it is consumed together with house, so the design of the external environment of urban houses will be the important developing direction in residence district in the future. Meanwhile, having greater difference in aspects such as climate, culture, the external environment of the north and south urban houses should be characteristic ,and reflects regionalism.It is a study of the external environment of the Xiao-kang house in north city of our country. This article summarizes and reviews the construction of the external environment of urban residence district after the reform in our country, and through analyses the mistaken ideas with designing and constructing of the external environment of urban residence, proposes that the northern city of our country should be under the guidance of "sustainable development", regards ecological basic principle as guide, planning, building, and managing the external environment of the Xiao-kang house from base, afforest, water environment, garbage disposal, and constructing ecological community in the end. In addition this paper also points out that the external environment of the Xiao-kang house of the northern cities should reflect regionalism and meet economy which based on the study and analysis in the hard-landscape and soft-landscape. This paper summarizes several effective way about the external environment of the urban house of the northern cities finally.Through comprehensive researching and analysis I hope that this paper will offer some good ideas in creation and theoretical research of the external environment of the Xiao-kang house in the northern cities, and cause thinking more deeply.更多还原
